TERRIBLE. I called in because my son needed more medication as the bottle was supposed to have 12 mls of prednisolone; he had croup. She argued that I misdosed him. I didn’t give him the right amount. That there was 12 mls in the bottle. She spoke over me. Yelled at me. Argued with me. When I said “stop it” because she wasn’t allowing me to get a word in she went off on a tangent saying that I was rude and told me “come up here then” and was extremely unprofessional. Meanwhile I am just a father trying to get my son the medication he needs so he can stop having coughing fits that result in him tuning blue and gagging. She is a terrible person and an even worse pharmacist. You have lost my business because of this tragedy of a woman.

The worst customer service I promise you. Im disgusted how they treat and talk to customers who are just looking for help locating medicine. I needed a medication ordered for my son to help with his seizures and on day four IT STILL WASNT ORDERED, then I was given an attituded when asked why. The little female that’s in there is always on her phone , the other male never knows what he’s talking about then get mad and HANGS up when your confused. I’ve called corporate because it’s unacceptable, this isn’t a restaurant or retail store or sporting store… This is medication ! something people need help with in their daily lives and they do not take it serious at all. Do not use CVS for your pharmacy needs at all. They do not care so do not care about them

My experience here on 3/8/24 was INTERESTING to say the least. The pharmacist and his pharmacy tech were both rude. Their customer service skills definitely needs refinement.

Stood in line for 10 minutes and was not acknowledged by either pharmacist. They were texting in the cell phones. All I wanted was a blood pressure machine. I’ll take my business to Walmart from now on.

Only CVS in my area, so unfortunately I do have to go here sometimes… every experience has been bad. I got my COVID shot here. They made me wait 30 minutes even though I had an appointment. The gentleman who administered the shot was rude, seemed like he was unsure what he was doing, and his hands were shaking as he administered the shot. Customer service generally treats you like an idiot or criminal, but certainly never nicely. Don’t come here unless you absolutely must.

The lady that answers the phone in the pharmacy ALWAYS interrupts you while you are talking to ask for name and DOB. I understand that it's needed to verify however as someone who works in customer service as well, It's never okay to rudely interrupt someone while they are telling you what they are calling about. If i was able to call corporate and complain I would because I have been using them for my medications for years and she interrupts me LITERALLY EVERYTIME in the middle of while I'm expressing the reason for the call.

These people in the pharmacy are very rude and ghetto. They hang the phone up in your face, will not answer the phone, will leave you on hold for 15 to 20 minutes, and now I'm at the drive thru been waiting for 10 minutes for service. Terrible customer service. I do not like this pharmacy. The pharmacist just as rude as the staff

The people that work in the pharmacy are very rude at this location, especially the pharmacist! I will be transferring my prescriptions from this location. I guess they feel like they can treat people on that side of town any kind of way. It takes nothing to greet people at the window and treat them with respect.

I always have an amazing experience coming to this pharmacy Ericka and the pharmacist Corey are awesome and always give excellent service Ericka saved me from buying the same prescription over and believe me she was a life saver

The pharmacist, COREY R SLACKS apparently doesn't know how to count nor properly read the doctor's prescribed instructions. I contacted the CVS pharmacy today, concerning an ERROR that the pharmacist made on filling my son's prescription yesterday (he was suppose to get 60 pills as his prescription calls for 1 pills TWICE daily), and we only received 30 pills. The pharmacist I spoke to was extremely nonchalant, and non-apologetic, as if I was bothering him with my complaint. This particular pharmacy is on the other side of town, from where I live. This issue also occurred last month, in which my son was given only HALF of his prescribed medication. It wasn't a huge issue last month, because my son wasn't in school, however I contacted CVS corporate customer relations to file a complaint on CVS, and how tacky and unbecoming this so-called pharmacist, that can't count, behavior was towards me. The customer service relations agent I spoke to was extremely apologetic, and confirmed I would receive a follow-up call from the district leader in a few days. Get some pharmacists that have tact and customer service skills in your damn store.
