This pharmacy is going down hill. First off they no longer 24hrs which contradicts all the signs and what’s posted online and secondly I was gave the wrong prescription but I didn’t know until I got home. I called and informed the girl I was gave the wrong prescription and the one she gave me doesn’t have have refills but instead of treating me as a customer she said well I should’ve checked the medicine before I left the store because they can’t take it back nor apply my money to the medicine I was supposed to receive. I told her you said I had one ready and I assumed you knew what you were giving me because they the only thing I should have had available. She continued to tell me is my fault and that I need to take it up with my insurance. I will of course no longer use this place because there customer service sucks

I would not recommend this 'pharmacy' for a veterinarian! I asked the pharmacist about a prescription, and was rudely told to find myself another pharmacy to fill my prescriptions. And when I tried to speak with a manager, as you would expect, I was told he wasn't there. I will never do business with this drug store again!

Darren, Brittany and April are the best! Always excellent customer service for this old woman with mobility issues. Love the accommodation of paying for items April takes to Pharmacy window. Love CVS and I feel CVS loves me, too.

My rating is for the pharmacy, they do not go over new medications, they hardly answer the phone, they do not give anything to measure your liquid medication unless you ask, in addition to that, the black marking to tell you the amount you’re going to administer rubs off, so I asked for one plus extra as this is a reoccurring medication and it is imperative that it is measured correctly. With a snarky attitude I was told “I’ll tell you what, you bring me back the old ones, with the markings rubbed off I’ll give you another one.” This pharmacy has been going down hill since 2020, and now it’s not even 24/7. This used to be my go to place for my entire family’s medication, however as of the new hires and new hours I might as well go to a locally owned well mannered pharmacy.

Receipt says served by Lillian, I was not checked out by a Lillian. I do not want her to be caught up in this, it was a different coworker
Best regards.

I’m in line at CVS drive through pharmacy. After reading all the comments, I’m afraid it’s going to be a long and painful wait. I will update if I have a good experience. There are 2 cars ahead of me and lunch should be over now so we will see

This store has a complete lack of supplies. I went to other locations and found the items in stock.

I came in to buy some Flonase. CVS has it locked in a cabinet. I rang the service bell and waited. No one came. I repeatedly rang the bell, no one came. I asked the tech in pharmacy and was told in so many words that wasn’t his job, that I’d have to get someone from the front to help me. I left because no one wanted to help me.

So I was just hung up on by a pharmaceutical technician when I called to ask why my son's medications were shorted. His behavior is night and day difference on and off medication, and years ago I noticed that some days he would be spacing out and others he would be restless even though he took the same pill at the same time every day. One day I saw the capsules in the light and there were different levels, so I bought a pharmaceutical grade scale (down to 0.001mg accuracy) and made sure it was calibrated, then did a quality control check on his meds. For a 15mg prescription, what was inside those capsules usually ranged from 12mg-18mg which would explain the shifts in reactions to his meds since as little as 3-5mg changed the reaction and I didn't want him overdosing especially. Normally I am one of those types that believes the best intentions unless direct evidence is brought forth, but I'm not gullible. It could be a machine glitched or a tech was still training, right? So in the past I would painstakingly make sure that all were 15mg and as a result his behavior leveled off. Problem solved. Today for his 15mg prescription I saw 10.6mg, 10.2mg, 7.6mg again and again 5-8mg less which is a big deal for his stability and the fact that we are paying for more than we're getting, which is upsetting. I called to ask what could have caused this shortage and they did say it was filled by hand by the pharmacist - not a technician, but was told a customer couldn't possibly know what they were talking about... Firstly I'm not stupid and I'm not talking anything overly complicated. It is weighing a single medication to check and make sure the numbers are the same and they're not - by a lot!! So she was rude, dismissive and hung up on me after *they* made a mistake with medication, the latter of which is a very serious deal! I will calibrate my scale *again* and if I'm wrong I will delete this review, but if I'm right I'm contacting corporate. If they are done by hand and it is this far off during a shortage, it's hard not to wonder if someone is skimming or trying to stretch medications when they should just say "we don't have enough to fill this prescription." While frustrating, I can respect that more than deception. Double check your meds, especially if you find their efficacy is variable or unpredictable. I would only give one star, but until today they have been neutral or friendly in customer service. But shorting prescriptions is a big deal and the way they handled it was wrong.
