Floater pharmacist I have never seen or spoken to refused to fill my lorazepam even though I was texted by the automated system when my doctor sent over prescriptions that it was too early to fill till 05/28. (I picked it up last on the 1st so within 2 days which has never been an issue it’s always filled 2 days before). Put it on my calendar. Called to see if I could pick up an hour early on the way into work. Automated system in process. After 20 minutes of waiting a foreign pharmacist answered. She refused to refill my prescription. She said there was no prescription for me doctor never sent over. Then I said then why do I have a text message and automated system telling me it’s being filled. She said she will not fill it, refused to give name. Then said I am busy and have other things to do. I only was asking what day can I pick it up, she kept saying sometime around the 1st. Tomorrow night I leave for a few days due to personal family issues in Pennsylvania regarding my deceased mother. I tried to explain I can pick up the 29th with that be okay. She said no I don’t need it till again “around the first you should have plenty left”. She made me feel as if I was a drug addict. Mind you the medication is just anxiety medication I’ve been taking for well over a year. Never had an issue besides some rude staff members that were incompetent. But thank lord for the one pharmacist there the older man with glasses, and I believe his name is Jeremy who is AWESOME. I called corporate who were very upset about this. They called the store, store said it was in progress then he talked to the pharmacist and she refused again and he said was extremely rude to him too. No name given again. She is obviously foreign and has a strong accent. Corporate had to call the district pharmacist who immediately contacted her district manager. Which I’m sure nothings changed. Explained to go though put it though automated system again. When I did I couldn’t said need doctors approval. Never said that before. She someone how deleted my prescription from the system so I would not get it. Explained to my doctors office who were flabbergasted. If this floater pharmacist doesn’t change I will continue to take action. I was treated absolutely like garbage by her. Saying she has better things to do then talk to me. All I was asking was for a date. Couldn’t even get that. We will see tomorrow as doctor sent new one over. I will be visiting in person around the time they said my prescription will be ready and I will personally wait there in person until it’s done. They are lucky I’m off and packed up for my trip and don’t leave till tomorrow night. I can’t believe she has this job. I work in retail management and I would have been fired on the spot if I did even one of the things she did. I will contact corporate tomorrow and pursue to the top.

Wow it's April 15, 2024, I see by the rating of 2.4 that I should have never attempted to get any service at this pharmacy, much less good customer service. I was going to put who they are on here, but I see others have already beat me to it. They are rude, extremely rude. Do yourself a favor, even if you have to drive further, skip this CVS. It will help your blood pressure, blood sugar, heart, and pain level. I have too many chronic illnesses to have to deal with pharmacy techs from the hood, or the pharmacists whom allow it, knowing good, and well, if I were an affluent white woman, she wouldn't have acted that way, and he wouldn't have allowed it, Jonathan the pharmacist who thinks that laughing, refusing to assist the patient, and just overall nasty behavior is ok. I went right to Hilton road, and filled the prescription she claimed was out all over. In fifteen minutes, thanks to the efficiency of Casie, at the Hilton Rd pharmacy, who was friendly, polite, and went back and checked before assuming no stock was here. Low and behold, she did have it. Thank you Casie, for going above and beyond. If that was the other pharmacy tech's idea, at Macon Rd, of her being nice and friendly, none of you have any idea of good customer service. Thank God there are other pharmacies available.

Pharmacy
Terrible customer service! I was recently a customer at the Macon Rd CVS. I am sitting here wondering if the employees know the store or they feel its a pleasure to sending customers on a wild goose chase in the store looking for an item. Can the pharmacist step up to answer a question about medications or does the unknowledgeable cashier get to answer the customer's question(s)? To top it off, the cashier was wrong about the medication and the location where the medicine could be found in the store.
I am telling everyone it might be better to look for a different store than this one. Unless you feel like being mislead and misinformed.

The pharmacist at the Macon Road location in Columbus, Ga is rude and obnoxious. I have witnessed him being rude to others. This time he was very curt and short with me. I spoke to the manager and informed him of the s****y attitude and demeanor of this person (however I am not sure if it was worth it) as he stated he was the “front end manager”. This is just another reason why I do not like to go to this location. Pondering switching to Walmart or Walgreens.

This pharmacy staff takes great care of me! I have a hyphenated last name, so sometimes the last name on my scripts vary, but they don't let that throw them off. They still pair my scripts with me correctly and give me friendly, caring service. I do have one favorite buddy that I enjoy seeing, (she's always there!), but I appreciate them all!

Disgusted with the customer service. The lady who answered today was rude and very disrespectful. I’ve tried getting my medication last month and it was a complete disaster because no one would pick up the the phone at this location. Today I finally reached someone and she was very rude. 0 stars if I could.

Good pharmacy.
I arrived, told them my name and they immediately gave me the medicines that the doctor had prescribed for me. They were very busy, so I had to wait about 15 minutes for my medications, but all of the employees at Consumer Value Stores were very friendly.
In the store they have a wide range of vitamins, supplements and other medicines for which a prescription is not needed.

I would give this pharmacy No stars if possible. Customer service in the pharmacy is terrible. They do not answer the phone in a timely manner and are the least courteous of any of the employees when dealing with customers. I will not go there any more and will tell friends and family to avoid as well.

Absolutely disgusted with this location. I have spent 2 hours trying to get through to the pharmacy today. The first call was 45 minutes of waiting, the 2nd call is now at 120 minutes. How is this possible? How can they just let the phone ring? I understand being busy, but there are multiple people who work in the pharmacy. There is no reason to not answer a phone for over an hour.I will be switching where I get my prescriptions. Don't waste your time here. There are much better locations that will provide timely service.
