Pharmacy personnel are rude and uncaring. I only go here because of my insurance but I'm looking for another pharmacy.

The pharmacy is the worst. The last 2xs I went here took 15 mins for meds pickup. They , meaning almost all employees at the pharmacy feels like they are doing you a favor when your GoodRx shows a cheaper price and they have to go to another computer to validate the price. When it doesn’t match up they make up an excuse.Like they are annoyed bc you are trying to save money.Pray for these people !The people hate their job and it shows.Normally Winn Dixie is cheaper.Good bye Cvs

I only gave 1 star because I had to. Pharmacy is slow, husband just had surgery and had to wait 3 1/2 hrs to get pain meds filled. Insurance made us switch to CVS and I absolutely hate it.

I appreciate the Moon Road staff members. They are always patient and helpful even when they are busy they will not limit the time to assist customers. I've always had a positive visit. Thumbs up to the Pharmacy and all staff members.

Past three months cannot seem to get my scripts filled. They will send text they are ready and show up and no one can tell me where the meds are and they haven't been filled. Now I am here and they say the script has expired. I just got a text two days ago to come pick it up. And they are arguing with me that it couldn't not be filled because it needed to be renewed. This is the 3rd time. Needless to say I will have to change pharmacies .

Gave the young lady my wife’s prescription for some pain pills. She had just had a couple teeth pulled, and the dentist prescribed 12 pain pills. She didn’t even look at the prescription and told me it would be after 9:00 the next morning before it could be filled. “we’re short handed” she said in an apathetic manner. Been going to this pharmacy for nearly 20 years, and have seen many new employees come and go. But this group was pathetic. Most times I go , many of the employees know me by name. It’s a shame that finding people to work has gotten so bad that they’ll hire anyone regardless of customer service skills. Shame on you CVS.

My experiences at this CVS haven't been anything I haven't already come to expect from walking into any CVS. Admittedly, I went through the drive thru pharmacy for a COVID-19 test. The pharmacist that helped me was notably friendly - friendlier than I've come to expect. The test results took longer than the first time. Otherwise, a nice experience.

I remember now why I'd not had prescriptions filled at this store before. However, once I went on Medicare with the SilverScript prescription plan, I save about $10 a month vs. going to my fave pharmacy on Veterans and Whittlesey. I have zero problems with the checkout staff up front. However, the pharmacy staff are down right rude, impolite and act like you are bothering them. I am just go back to Walgreens - CVS Corporate needs to know how rude that staff is -- and has been.

The worst. Insurance made me switch from Public. Like day and night. These don’t care how long they make you wait. Prescription are never ready when notified.

This pharmacy has never filled a prescription in a timely manner for me. They rarely update and it takes multiple phone calls to get things done. I would have rather given them zero stars if possible.

For the love of God please schedule more than one pharmacist at a time. When you are sick as a dog the last thing you want to do is wait over an hour for your meds. They had 2 techs and 1 pharmacists to fill literally hundreds of orders. Can you just get Real CVS and staff your pharmacy so that you can actually service your customers? Ridiculous. If my insurance covered a different pharmacy I would be GONE.

The female pharmacist (I believe her name is Lena) is incompetent, so beware. If you pick up meds at this CVS, make sure you verify everything. She read the prescription incorrectly, which was absolutely obvious that she was incorrect, then she put the task back on me, the customer to prove her wrong! She wanted me to go back to the hospital and track down the doc that wrote the script (never met before since he was the hospital doc) to get a new script because she didn't believe that if # doses states 30 \"unit dosing cups\", it doesn't mean 30 doses! Instead she tried to say that meant 30 mL when the individual dose was 15 mL each. She only gave my mother a 2-day dose (30 mL total) instead of the 30 doses x 15 mL \u003d 450 mL to equal 30 doses! I'm not a pharmacist, but even I could figure that one out. I've only been waiting since Wednesday for them to even get the med in stock. Not only that, I called the hospital in front of her, spoke with the nurse who verified I was correct and she wanted the hospital to then call her back and leave a message for later because she was too busy to correct the mistake right then. Well hell, you already wasted a half hour of my time, why not make me come back or wait another hour until you can fix your mistake when you're \"less busy.\". If you do use this location, make sure the pharmacist is Sheldon. He is much more experienced and competent.
