I didn’t receive my change. Went back to the store and was told oh the drawer wasn’t over and it’s only four dollars. First of all hell no the drawer isn’t over because she pocketed the money and it’s not only four dollars , it’s mine. I felt like she thought I was lying when I know how much money I spent and should have on my person.

The pharmacy technician was very swift with making sure I would get my medicine. The checkout process was complete in a timely manner. Her customer service was great! She was very kind and pleasant with her small talk. I understand its hard being a pharmacy technician in a busy ill season. She had a great personality. I plan on letting my friends and family know to transfer their prescription to this pharmacy location.

So I was just hung up on by a pharmaceutical technician when I called to ask why my son's medications were shorted. His behavior is night and day difference on and off medication, and years ago I noticed that some days he would be spacing out and others he would be restless even though he took the same pill at the same time every day. One day I saw the capsules in the light and there were different levels, so I bought a pharmaceutical grade scale (down to 0.001mg accuracy) and made sure it was calibrated, then did a quality control check on his meds. For a 15mg prescription, what was inside those capsules usually ranged from 12mg-18mg which would explain the shifts in reactions to his meds since as little as 3-5mg changed the reaction and I didn't want him overdosing especially.Normally I am one of those types that believes the best intentions unless direct evidence is brought forth, but I'm not gullible. It could be a machine glitched or a tech was still training, right? So in the past I would painstakingly make sure that all were 15mg and as a result his behavior leveled off. Problem solved. Today for his 15mg prescription I saw 10.6mg, 10.2mg, 7.6mg again and again 5-8mg less which is a big deal for his stability and the fact that we are paying for more than we're getting, which is upsetting. I called to ask what could have caused this shortage and they did say it was filled by hand by the pharmacist - not a technician, but was told a customer couldn't possibly know what they were talking about... Firstly I'm not stupid and I'm not talking anything overly complicated. It is weighing a single medication to check and make sure the numbers are the same and they're not - by a lot!! So she was rude, dismissive and hung up on me after *they* made a mistake with medication, the latter of which is a very serious deal!I will calibrate my scale *again* and if I'm wrong I will delete this review, but if I'm right I'm contacting corporate. If they are done by hand and it is this far off during a shortage, it's hard not to wonder if someone is skimming or trying to stretch medications when they should just say "we don't have enough to fill this prescription." While frustrating, I can respect that more than deception. Double check your meds, especially if you find their efficacy is variable or unpredictable.I would only give one star, but until today they have been neutral or friendly in customer service. But shorting prescriptions is a big deal and the way they handled it was wrong.

Clay, Lilly and Rosia are such a wonderful part of CVS at this location in the pharmacy. I had no issues getting ahold of someone when I called earlier to check on my nephews prescription nor did I have a long wait time when I arrived in store to pick up his medicine. To further brag on them, I was acknowledged by all of three of them and assisted with all questions that I had to ensure my nephew was taken care of. Although I have issues with front store personnel, I can always count on clay and his staff in the pharmacy to make up for the experience! To them, please keep doing what you are doing because it is noted that you three are what keep cvs going!!

Pharmacy associate at the drive-thru window was pleasant, helpful and efficient. ‘Very little time for her to get my ID (required for 1 of my Rx’s), locate the 3 prescriptions and process my co-pay. A very good experience!

Last night my normal pharmacy was closed . I usually pick my prescriptions up at the Walmart on Manchester . Tonight however I needed to get a syringe for medication that I have a prescription for . I didn't even need the whole syringe just the needle tip . I walked in and asked the woman for a 25 gauge one and a half inch syringe tip . No drug addict is going to be that specific . This heffa proceeded to put me through the Inquisition for a 17-cent needle tip ! Then call the pharmacist and yelled my business all over the store! They had to confer several times and ask me 100 questions just for a needle tip. Finally, one of the pharmacy techs told me that I could go to the Tractor Supply Company to get a needle since animals need injections too . I was too put out with these people and I promise you I will never go back again !

I needed a pharmacy on Memorial Day after an unexpected visit to the ER. Every pharmacy we thought was going to be open was closed. I was fading fast after my release from the ER but knew there would be no pharmacies open in my home town. While this pharmacy was busy, the pharmacist took the time to understand I really needed to go lie down. In record time, I was on my way. The pharmacist was personable. He explained my Antibiotics throughly. It was a pleasure to be served by this pharmacy!! Well done.

The staff at this pharmacy are a complete joke. Unprofessional & rude. It was the worse customer service I have ever dealt with in my 22 years of living. Even after the terrible experience I had I still did not even get the prescription I need. When I complained and voiced that I was upset all the lady had to say was "you could get this prescription from any other pharmacy, you do not have to use cvs." But unfortunately I do have to because of my insurance. I would give this pharmacy and staff 0 stars if I could. Do better CVS!!!

Got disrespected and lied to by pharmacy staff! On 2 occasions by different staff members, to prove they were lying when I asked their name they wouldn't give it to me. So I would recommend finding another pharmacy to do business with unless you want a painful experience. They don't care about their customers and had multiple chances to help me with my specific situation but chose the sad and lazy way to get rid of me by lying. Terrible service and definatly taking my business elsewhere and when I replied to the woman I was not going to be doing business with them anymore she happily responded " ok , great!" with a smart mouth. Unprofessional and shouldn't have a job as important as an administer of important drugs in peoples lives.

I have been going to this pharmacy for about 3 weeks now due to it being close to my wife's work. In every instance of trying to get refills at the pharmacy, I have had an issue. After sitting in the car for over an hour last time and then finally having to drive to Phenix city to fill the Rx, I learned my lesson to call first. So I called today, and was told, again that the Rx was not available since it was too soon to refill it (despite it being called in by the Dr.). The prescription (in today's case) was for 30mL given 1ml every 2 hours. I last filled the prescription 3 days ago. That is 72 hours, 36 doses if given as written. When I tried to ask the pharmacist what we need to do to keep this from being an issue every time, he would literally not stop interrupting me to hear the question. I finally hung up and called the corporate office. This pharmacist needs to learn some manners and stop talking over people with legitimate questions. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY AT ALL.

One of my family members has been ill the last few months so I have been in this store quite a lot. The pharmacy staff is very knowledgeable and helpful as well as efficient. The store is full of sale items for seasonal needs and high quality electrolyte-filled water selections. I always buy my stocking stuffers here at Christmas time because of price and selection. Being in the neighborhood makes it very convenient.
