I went to the car wash on Saturday Dec 9. I got change from the machine as I do everytime I go. The machine did not give me all the quarters from the 10.00 I put in. I have called the number listed and the voicemail is not set up. Needless to say the machine ripped me off and the owner/manager doesn’t answer his phone and no voicemail. Needless to say I won’t return to this location. Poor service. Users beware.

As I’m attempting to vacuum out my car the vacuum stops out of no where! I added more quarters and the machine took my money (vacuum never came back on)! I tried to hit the change return but I did not receive my $1.25. I called the number posted and I was not able to get in contact with anyone! I would like my $1.25. Thank you.Service: Vacuuming

I always go here to wash my car. I usually go in the middle of the night, usually I'm the only person there at the time. Just don't trust putting anything larger than a $1 bill in the change machine. One time it got me for $5

It's the pits unless your looking for something other than a car wash. It's in the hood so just use your imagination my Friends'. I'll pass on that one....... But back in the day it would have been Poppin off.

On one occasion the machine wouldn't take my coins, another occasion the cord to the brush was taped up which prevented the soap from dispensing to the brush. On my third experience, I went to three different bays and the bristles on the brush were nearly depleted. The Cougar Car Wash need to shut down and do a maintenance day. You're taking people hard earn money but you're not doing the proper maintenance. All the brushes needs to be replaced. You have earned a great deal of money off people, now do your part andupdate the equipment.Service: Auto detailing
