I left State Farm last Summer and picked up USAA. USAA is headquarters in San Antonio Texas and do not have a local office. I experienced some online challenges and could not make a payment. I was told that only security could help.Needless to say I was p-off!! I called State Farm they reinstated me with minimal effort on my part.I am happy to have good help and they are local. O' what a relief it was. Thanks Again to Sunny and thir teamJoAnn

They deserve 5 stars for helping me get insurance on my vehicle. Let's just say I got myself in pickle per say, I call up State Farm and they got me insurance just like that. Everyone that works at State Farm., Keep up the awesome work.! ! !.

I have been with State Farm over 35 years and I have never met the most patient, kind, understanding, and helpful agents as with the Connie Wilkes Agency! Connie, Barbara, and Penny took their time listening to me and when Barbara went way above how I had ever been treated or helped, by solving the problem, all was involved! I could not believe it. I THANK GOD HE SENT ME THERE! I hope others looking for insurance go there and find out what I KNOW!
