They tried to give me an estimate of $5,000 for a 2013 fiat 500 bumper. These run for about $200-$450. Makes no sense.

Our truck has been there over 40 days, last week we was told it was finished except for paint, it was supposed to be sent to paint Thursday & it would be ready the latest was today. Just called, now they’re waiting on a part.. I’m sorry but it just sounds like excuses to us. Hopefully our insurance company can get to the bottom of this mess. We’ll definitely shop around next time!

You must take your car here. Cameron Dudley says they do crash dummy test at this location. He must be the most knowledgeable person in the field if he conducts this type testing. I was impressed when I heard this. Wow!!!

They are very unprofessional, my car was ready to be picked up I told them that I was hospitalized if they can hold it the min days before I can be charged, they advised that it was OK. They call the insurance company and change the date and then called me and harassed for two days while I'm still in the hospital. I wouldn't recommend anybody to them therefore I will not be back.

Fantastic experience after I took them my car for a deer collision. Repairs were finished ahead of schedule, my car looked fantastic, and the pre-work communication was clear and on point. They made the entire process very streamline which saved me quite the headache. Entry receptionists were also very nice both on the phone and in person, though I did not get their names.Definitely recommend
