Customer service depends upon the cashier that's working. Some of the cashiers are extremely friendly while other Customer Service Representatives have poor attitudes and look like they would rather be someplace else. Very little eye contact or smiles. Their phrase "Welcome to Circle K!" often sounds obligatory not genuine, if it is uttered at all. The store is often dirty-- needing mopping and cleaning, sodas and coffee machines are often in disrepair or need attention, and has frequent plumbing problems. I have found one of the exit doors is frequently locked, during the day. I often choose to drive an extra couple of miles to shop at another Circle K down the street where the stores are cleaner and friendlier. The manager and regional manager need to do a better job maintaining and supervising this store.

Before I had problems with the staff cause one of the managers was ridiculous.Now with the new manager and new staff everything is peachy. Ty m for restaffing.

Beware this station, they charge for carwashes not purchased, charge premium for regular gas...all pumps are calibrated incorrectly, and they dont refund the difference that they overcharge.

When I called on August 24, 2019 at 8:46 PM and at 8:47 PM, there was a lady who answered the phone, I was just asking a question pertaining to a vape pen, she hung up the phone halfway through as I was talking claiming she couldn't hear me, I called again asking can you hear me now and in a very awful attitude she said no I can not and hung up, whoever that lady was needs to drop that poor attitude. I called the Circle K on Miller Rd at 8:48 PM, in the same area I was in when I called this one and they were able to hear me just fine.

I love anything that's the same all day, any location, and any time of day and year. I can always count on cycle k specially for fountain drinks under a dollar, cigs under 5 if you buy 2 packs or more and they are competitive with gas prices as well. That's all I but at a convenient store.
