Called in my prescription on a Thursday. Waited to be contacted so I could pick it up. By the following Tuesday, still no call so I called them. Prescription was ready the very day I called it in and no one bothered to let me know. I asked why I wasn’t called and they had no reason. I feel that the requirement to pay for your prescription up front should afford someone making the effort to contact you as soon as it is ready.

Only place in town I can find that could compound me a medicine for my sister's eyes clean store friendly staff I would recommend anybody that needs compound medicine to go there very good prices

Pharmacy staff was not friendly or helpful at all. Any other pharmacy I’ve ever been to I have been asked if I had questions about my prescription. Not this pharmacy, they seemed to be bothered that I had a few questions about the prescription that I was picking up. I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy to anyone. I will do my best to avoid this place in the future. I had no other option in Columbus because it’s the only compounding pharmacy in the area.

Not sure what happened but I drove all the way over there from Phenix City and they didn't have my prescription ready or even in their system I had my paperwork in my hand from the dermatologist and I showed them and then I called my dermatologist who said it was sent , not sure what the problem was I was going for major surgery in a few days and so I wasn't even able to go back and get it it had to be made there. So my advice would be call to be sure they have it before you make the trip over

I simply can't say enough great things about this Pharmacy. The staff are extremely welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, genuinely caring, and overall just great people. John went well out of his way to provide me with wonderful service and ensure my needs were met. I've already recommended them to friends, so if you need a pharmacy and want to be taken care of & treated right, do yourself a favor and use Center Pharmacy. You won't be disappointed.
