Well I didn't get the car I expected but it was a great car. It was a lot of fun. They didn't tell me I had a $200 DEPOSIT. They didn't accept my Chime credit card either.

They double charged me and the lady was extremely rude and had no accountability. Hire some better staff with decent social skills who don’t have a garage attitude towards customers

Canceled my reservation immediately after speaking with staff. I asked a simple question about electric vehicles and she told me to “understand better” around 2pm on 7/31 .. very disappointed and unprofessional.

I had the worst experience ever! The associates there was apparently already having a bad day. Very rude, Had attitudes when I was asking about their services. They obviously didn’t know much about their own company policies. Was not reliable at all! I had to wait 30 mins for the car to get ready. They are charging me for their mistake of not finalizing my drop off date, & Im having to pay the next renter days/fees until they returned. I called the location and they did not greet me, I didn’t even know if I was calling Budget! Just very irresponsible! I believe that they intentionally did this. They were very biased and malicious towards me. Anyways I hope these associates working there do better at customer service no matter how bad their day is going.

I am active duty military, I made a reservation for a car through Avis came to the airport to pick up and there was no car. Now I am stuck at the airport, no car, and I have to explain why I am going to be late to report because budget/Avis can’t get their scheduling right. Employees were extremely unprofessional and literally laughed in my face when telling me that there were no cars available

I rented a car from Budget after going through 3 before I finally was satisfied with a vehicle. On my way to my destination. I was pulled over by police that was at a light behind me for an expired tag, after looking through the paperwork the vehicle was not registered. Officer Fleming gave me a lecture about no matter what state the vehicle has to have up to date paperwork. “ Sir as you can see the vehicle is a rental and not my POV. He wanted to give me a citation, I had to reiterate several times its not my vehicle. He told me to find the nearest rental company and get a registered vehicle. I could not find a budget rental in the area, so I was on lockdown and could not get out like I planned. Part 2 will be added after I speak with a manager!! ?

The car had been smoked (cigar) with the windows closed. The smoke was so thick that my sinuses blocked. Food was spilled on the passenger floorboard. Disgusting!

RUDE and straight lied to our faces!!! When this 'manager got caught in a lie she yelled so loud it echoed through the airport!! She even tried to get security to remove us; he didn't because SHE was the one out of line!NEVER encountered such a horrid human being in my LIFE! Recorded whole experience and sent to to their corporate office! If they were the LAST car rental in Columbus, I STILL would NOT GIVE THEM A DIME!

Not even deserving of 1star. Everytime I choose this location I am given issues. From giving my car reservation to someone else because they paid a higher rate to downgrading me and hoping I wouldn't notice this was done by Robert the owner operator no less the difference to now being lied to about company policies. Jessica was horrible at providing any customer service I feel for her coworker who did try to help me. Jessica did not know nor could she verify "company policy" and when I was told to call corporate which I did and fixed the issue over the phone. and then returned Jessica tried to insult my integrity and ability to rent a car. And provided no service because she didn't want to. This will be the last time ever renting from budget again with out significant compensation and an apology. Some people just aren't meant for customer service positions.

Car smelled disgusting. The pick up process was troublesome, it took me a while to find my car because they handed me the keys and said “it’s in the parking lot”. The information they provided for drop off was very misleading. At drop off I was rushed and the service member was very unprofessional. Never using them again.

Not the recent experience but this location is some where you never want to interact with.Rudeness is what they train their employees and knowledge on what they are doing is close to zero. If I could, this place would be good for negative ratings! Just don’t waste your time at this joint. Even as a Avis preferred member, I don’t rent from this location.

I called to get a reservation and question on prices. Well first off the Representative at the actually site in Columbus Georgia was very rude and act like they she didn't care. Secondly they said they do a soft credit check (On your debit card) to see if you even qualify, not to mention if you don’t qualify you have to wait 48 hours. The nasty rude representative I spoke with said my rental would be 315 and 300 deposit for 4 days... if your willing to pay all that your better off going to enterprise. At least they have some what better staff because BUDGET isn’t it.

Worst worst terrible OMG I can't express how bad this customer service was. I had a reservation booked for 3 days prior to me picking up the car and they told me that they didn't have any cars available. The representative was very rude and have the nerve to be humming me when I ask her questions.
