Manager very friendly and professional. I was skeptical about the safety ans security of my unit in this area but no peoblems at all. More cameras are being added. Passcode/gated access. Cheapest prices in town on 10×20 units. Only con is I wouldn't recommend the locks they have for purchase. They can easily ne cut. Go to Home Depot ans pay $15-$25 for a good secure lock that is a 7 and up on the cutability scale. I ended up purchasing a Master lock round discus lock and that did the trick.

I rented a unit for over a year, and hated it.I kept thinking things were being moved or gone and was I rite! About 1/3 of my stuff was taken. Rude managers said they aren't responsible and had no cameras. From responses they gave me, they looked shady too.

my dad has rented here for years and the new MANAGERS are rude never there. and if they tell you they are the owners, they are lying. they are the managers just like the people that was there before. at least the old managers were nice to people.

The owners are VERY rude. I came in with my children to rent a storage and she kicked my children out (whom were standing still in their extra small office). She didn't even ask nicely for my kids to leave. She told them to "get out now." I wasn't going to make my children wait in the car as they are under the age of 10 . If my children can't stand in your facility while I am filling papers out to give you business then I'm NOT going ti give you business.

Have to give 5 stars for several reasons. Brenda and Richard were very helpful and personable! They told me how they moved from FL and have been working very hard to spruce up the facilities, which the previous owners had neglected for quite some time. You can see all the work they have done to improve the facilities image by making needed repairs, as well as upgrading the entire security system with the installation of 24/7 survellience cameras throughout the units. The price for the 10x10 units I paid was inexpensive compared to 5 other storage places I called and although I felt I needed a 10x20, the price for two 10x10 units was still more than $50 cheaper per month than anyone I called. I feel my possessions are very safe at this location. Also, I was able to reserve a small uhaul truck and only had to drive a block from the facility to get it, which was convenient. I bet this place will stay full and I was very lucky they had the units I needed at the time. You can't go wrong with this place and customer service is the best because Brenda and Richard will bend over backwards to help and even loaned me a dolly for the weekend instead of charging me for renting it. Only needed the units for a couple of months until the Army moves our stuff to WA State so short term leasing was acceptable. Thank you!!
