The atmosphere in the bookshop was amazing...like a scene in a book... the smell of the books, incense, the seating area...cool books everywhere... I highly recommend anyone in the area or just visiting to stop by. It's truly an experience.”
“I love the Bo Bartlett Center. They put on such incredible shows and draw amazing artists and their work to Georgia allowing me to see some of my absolute favorite contemporary paintings that I never thought I would get a chance to see. ? We are talking phenomenal art, here! You don't even have to go to New York!
You can leisurely walk down Columbus River walk and see Bo Bartlett's world renown work any time they are open, for free! You might even get lucky and catch a day when Betsy Eby is playing her piano in the gallery, perhaps next to one of her beautiful encaustic paintings. You could go to one of their monthly figure drawing classes... Also free! ( Thank goodness! Because the first time I was there I had $0 and was about to be homeless myself... but I got to see work from artistic superstars, who I had longed to see in person for years and it was an absolute light in my life)
Bo Bartlett Center provides support and art supplies/classes to the homeless, as well as local school children.

“I’ve been going here for the past 2 years and from my past experiences with other university this one is fairly similar even when compared to bigger schools. Although the campus may be smaller then other schools the staff here can be nice and friendly.”

“They have an excellent selection across many genres. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but it is a gem inside. Knowledgeable and friendly staff and a free to use casual play area. It's basically army nerd heaven.”
