“We used to come here when les owned it and we still come here with Chris. He worked with Les for years and is great. We have five cars that we only trust with this shop. Big and small fixes, and strange unknown problems Chris can figure them out. Most of our cars have 200 to 300 thousand but we have newer ones as well. We look for someone knowledgeable and trustworthy for our cars. But note…. This is a small local shop, leave your car and pick it up when ready. Depending on the issue it may take time. I don’t often have emergency situations but when I have they have worked with me to get my car faster. I have had family with very complicated issues and it takes time to troubleshoot. Be patient given the circumstance and I think you will think this shop is all thumbs up.”

I have in the past experienced road service persons who acted inconvenienced by having to come & help me. Today was a much better experience. “It’s actually a pleasure to have an opportunity to leave a great review for a business. Too many businesses only seems to care about making the money and the heck with customer service, quality of work and timely-ness. Clint received an A+ on all of the above. I went in to have my sunroof repaired in my 2006 F-150 due to it would no longer open and close. Clint quoted me a price which at first I felt was extreme but I decided to have the work done anyway. Clint told me it would be an all day job and to have my truck to him early in the morning. When I got there I needed a ride to my doctors appointment. I attempted to contact an Uber with no luck. Clint volunteered to drive me to my appointment. Thankfully i arrived to my appointment on time. After my appointment I went home only expecting to get my truck back around close of business however, Clint mastered the art of under promising and over delivering. A few hours later he called to tell me my truck was completed. When I arrived to pick up my truck Clint mastered customer service by taking the time to go over the work completed as I verified the quality of work. I was completely satisfied. With that being said although originally I felt the price to be extreme I don’t mind paying the money when a business truly makes me feel like a valued customer. Great Job Clint!”

“Talk about excellent service and customer service! Cindy went above and beyond for me to get my SUV back in time before I left town! Even staying late on Friday evening well after business hours! Communication was excellent the entire duration for keeping me up to date on timelines. If we back up a minute, I knew this was the shop for me because Cindy didn't want to take my money when I originally wanted the entire truck painted and she pointed out that the factory paint was still very good and just needed a good buffing and that she pointed out areas that needed attention. Asked what my budget was and we were set from there. I highly recommend this shop! You can be like me and check out the budget body shops but once you see their finished products in the parking lot, you will see you get what you pay for! I'm so happy that I was referred to Collision Surgeons of Columbus and that Cindy was so easy to work with! It's also nice to know they stand behind their work if you have any issues!”
