I needed 2 tires installed and a front-end alignment. I dropped my son's Titan off and they called back shortly stating I needed tie rod ends as well. I am thankful they caught that and proceeded to complete all repairs in a timely manner for a fair price. I will definitely use them again soon. Thanks!

Have brought every vehicle i've owned here and been treated great every visit. very professional and transparent team, always calls you and lets you know what is going on and what needs to be ordered as well as how much it'll cost before hand. Call them about a ring and pinion they told me to bring it up there get all the way up there and then they tell me the guy no longer works there take it somewhere else Foreman's or Chad's lol thanks for wasting me time and gas

Called day before. Took 2 days off. Turned in my truck on Thursday. They didn't even look at it till Friday evening. Had to miss another day of work. Didn't get my truck until Monday evening. All for a 3 hour job. Wow!

This place was a blessing! I thought I was having problems with my tie rod and/or CV joint. I figured it would be at least a several hundred dollar job. I called and spoke with Sergio and he said they were very busy but he would have it looked at as soon as possible. I dropped my truck off on Tuesday expecting them not to be able to look at it until Wednesday. He called back just a few hours later and said the issue was nowhere as near as bad as I thought. The issue was with my lower control arm. He said his mechanic fixed the problem and they both said it wasn’t worth charging me for. I’m not saying they’ll fix your vehicle for free, but they could have taken advantage of the situation and charged me for just about anything. Their honesty will definitely make me a returning customer. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and HONEST! You don’t find those qualities in a good mechanic these days. Thanks guys! I’ll see you when I need new tires.

Everyone I talked to at Big T was knowledgeable and helpful. They called anytime an issue came up and were straightforward with the prices. They replaced 2 tires, wheel bearing, and tie rod ends on my truck and they did a phenomenal job, the truck drives much better now. I would recommend them to anyone and I will be going back the next time I need work done.
