Ordered, twice 9/3 and 9/4. Recd an email on 9/10 that my orders labels were created but nothing has shipped out yet. During the time of my placing my order and just having the labels created, orders I've placed at other companies (small businesses, mind you), on the EXACT same day, have already been delivered to me, some having arrived within 3 days of my placing the order. I realize the postal service isn't what it used to be, but that just means there should be more, not less, communication on a customer's order status.

I can't tell you how amazing an artisan Courtney is. Her pieces are so unique and versatile not to mention, the quality. I've had my pieces for over a year and they look just as amazing as they did the day I got them. My husband surprised me with a custom nameplate necklace with a pearl from Courtney that had my sweet baby's name on it and truly is my most favorite piece of jewelry. If you're looking for unique and quality pieces of jewelry from an artisan with the biggest heart then Courtney is your girl! Cannot recommend her enough.
