“Went in for a battery replacement and was quoted $200. Agreed to the price and after taking out my old battery, the rep came back in to tell me that the direct replacement for the old battery was a cheaper option at only $130. He mentioned that while it’s not the recommended battery if it had worked without problems before he’d be happy to install the cheaper version. I enthusiastically agreed and was blown away that they offered that to me - especially after already consenting to the more expensive battery. Won’t go anywhere else for service moving forward.”
