Imagine yourself in this situation: paid over 2 grand for a couch and recliner. The couch squeaked from the beginning. They sent 2 workers out to take a picture? Then 10 more days passed and they sent out another employee for same. Manager did not return my calls so I went through corporate. Confirmed while my wife was standing next to me that the manager said the "swap out" would be Monday. 5 minutes before closing another employee called to verify for TUESDAY. Really? The couch was replaced but they were told for us to keep the old cushions and pillows while the new ones were left on the truck. Very embarrassing and down right rude. Never again!
