Hello.. I don't usually do this.. but today was totally uncalled for.. Jordan U was the AutoZone employee I had contact with.. I needed to do a exchange/refund.. I didn't have my receipt.. I didn't keep my receipt because I didn't plan on bringing it back.. I bought oil and filter for wrong car.. It was like I had done the worse thing "EVER".. Her attitude was over the top.. and not necessary... it shows on our phone # that I bought it few days ago. A refresher of Customer Service classes might help her understand customers..

I’ve been going to this AutoZone for years and have always had incredible service! I’ve bought parts for my car from here for years- if they don’t have the part- they are able to get it to me quickly. I recently had to get my battery replaced and Devin was awesome- able to help install it for me with no trouble! Thank y’all for your help and the 10/10 customer service every time!
