My 2013 Honda Odyssey unfortunately needed quite a bit of repair, including an emissions control panel, water pump, and a variety of other items that, given its age, were overdue for work (transmission flush, etc...). I have to thank the Autonation service team, firstly for the good work done, and particularly, Woo, who took the time to look for coupons to help reduce the overall cost. He saved me $700, which is a lot to most people - me included! They were communicative, sent pictures, and carefully/considerately explained what was happening and why. I'm thankful for their professionalism and assistance and am hoping my van runs smoothly for a while now!

We've gotten 2 vehicles from this place. The first time everything went smooth. The 2nd time, not so much. Had a truck brought from another Autonation that had dents and cosmetic issues. A 2022 Silverado. The salesman was fast to try to sell the the truck as is, and even suggested that I pay out of pocket to have the issues fixed. He acted like he couldn't see the obvious dents and paint issues. I told them I wasn't paying for that so they put it on the "We Owe" list. I came to get the issues fixed the first time and the guys couldn't do it because they didn't come to work. I had an appt and drove from albany to Columbus. The second time I drove from albany to Columbus to get it done, they forgot that I was even coming and then took 10 hours to do a 2 hour job. Even after making another appt. They didn't even finish the job correctly or fix all of the issues. I also had to pay for an oil change a day after I bought the truck because they didn't do it.They are very fast friendly and attentive when they are selling you the vehicles, but their customer service and follow through is an absolute joke. I basically had to tell them how to do their jobs and I felt like I was bothering them just asking for basic customer service. They don't return your calls either. I will not be back to Autonation and I have warned many people not to buy from them as well. I work at the largest service center in America and I know what good customer service is, and this place does not have it. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Micheal Smith, best salesman. Get you in and get you out. He knows how to get you a deal. He will give you the real deal and let you know what the real deal is.Really loved the service and they are willing to really work with you at all times.

I had a great experience at my oil change service appointment this week. My provider WOO was amazing AS ALWAYS! I specifically pick him everytime. He always goes above and beyond to make sure I am knowledgeable of any updates and or changes to my vehicle and he is an all around great worker! He deserves the BIGGEST bonus!

Woo Lee has to be the most professional and courteous Service Advisor/[Consultant in the city of Columbus. Mr. Lee's Service advice and demeanor is main reason I have continually purchased/Leased 3 different vehicles from this specific dealership over the past 25 years. He has superb communication skills and projects genuine care in ensuring that I receive the right service on my vehicle. I am extremely impressed with his knowledge of vehicle maintenance needs and requirements. Woo Lee is a definite asset to AutoNation and deserves recognition.

Mike Smith was great. I had no problems with the sales person. The issue was the other groups in the building. It took over 4 hours to get out of there. Give Mike a raise and fire most of the others in the building.
