“Upon walking into the door and speaking with the first gentleman (blue eyes) go Dogs. My apologies for forgetting your name sir, he greeted me, made me feel welcomed, asked me how he can assist me, I told him my issues and he led the way. He was very knowledgeable and detailed. He didn't pressure me to get my business, but assured me that it would be done correctly. I trusted his word, he introduced me to Shania, she is the receptionist another sweetheart (HBD). She printed my documents, read what I needed and I went about my business. They had the car longer than my insurance said they should, however, it's a Kia I'm sure software had to be updated. When the car was completed, Mr Louis called me, my mother and I went to the office to pick up the car. He is also a sweetheart, he kept my mom laughing. My only hiccup were my key fobs because I had extra keys. Louis said my key fob key didn't work for some reason and the locksmith made those, but not to worry he would have that fixed the next day. Louis is a man of his word. We took the car back the next day and the locksmith fixed my key fob keys. I don't know why I stopped at this location that day, but I thank God that I did. “I can’t say enough good things about the incredible team at Discount Tire in Columbus, GA! During my visit, they went above and beyond to ensure my car was in top shape. When my low tire pressure light came on, they not only checked and adjusted my air pressure but also discovered that one of my tires was installed the wrong way—something I never would have noticed on my own! They quickly fixed it, rotated all my tires, and even replaced my windshield wiper blades, all at a very reasonable price. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care left me feeling confident and safe on the road. I highly recommend their exceptional service to everyone!”

“I was looking for a UWS toolbox and am a pretty consistent Amazon Prime shopper. Every review on Amazon complained about shipping damage, so I wanted to avoid that. Action Auto Designs has a store at the Fort Benning PX, and I figured they were an expensive store that just targeted military kids with deployment money, but I approached them one night asking if they would price match the Amazon price for a UWS toolbox. The sales guy I met that night gave me his card and said he needed to check the store in Columbus to see what they had in stock. I called back two days later and spoke to him, and he offered me a SMOKING deal on a similar box to what I was looking for, and said he had no issue installing it on my truck, as I have no power tools available right now. I went out, paid for the box, and he installed it. Turns out this sales rep was also the owner. The entire transaction was painless, professional, and I got a great deal. I would not hesitate to make another purchase from these guys, or recommend them to anyone.”

When he gets that one done I have 3 more waiting for him. So if you're looking for a great paint job, then this is your place. Stop by and let Mr. Amos shine you up like a brand new penny. “I decided to wait awhile before reviewing. A couple of months back, I went here for some front struts. Walter, who had just started was warm and welcoming. He gave me an estimate and advised he'll be in touch once he knew more. The owner, I believe his name is Paul was also very welcoming and helpful. Both advised me of upcoming shop plans that would potentially effect their turn around time. During the time they had my car, I was kept up-to-date regarding my struts, and advised of a new strut mount. As my car is only a few years old, I shoud not have to replace my struts, yet alone 3 x in its short lifespan. In addition, the price for the struts, strut mount, and labor was well within reason. They do great work with great service.”
