I think to myself ... "I'm glad he picked up because he knows me and my situation and is always a pleasure to talk to." Brad Trawick has been there from start to finish with every question or issue I have. I have emailed him quite a few times and he is always very quick to respond and resolve my issue or just answer my questions. I've had good reps in the past but none that I remember.
