Their website is a lie. There is no pool, no on site laundry, no gym, and no 24 hour maintenance. I have lived here for two years and had nothing but problems. The first year I stayed in a one bedroom that since moving in the dishwasher, fridge, garbage disposal, and all but 5 outlets in the apartment did not work. Like 10 maintenance requests and a whole year later and they hadn't fixed ONE thing. Then they move me into a two bedroom knowing the ac was out in the hottest month of the summer where we had 100 degree weather. I called 10 times a day for 3 weeks before they fixed my ac knowing I had a newborn and two year old in the home. My apartment was almost 90 on the INSIDE for 3 weeks and the ONLY reason they eventually fixed it is because I literally called every hour every day until they fixed it. Now In the 2 bedroom they moved me into, they moved me in with no lightbulbs, the shower didn't work, toilet didn't work, and the fridge didn't work... again. I don't have a key to the back door, or a mailbox key 5 MONTHS INTO MY LEASE. I literally can't even lock my door or check my mail and they will not give me keys. Now for the icing on the cake they have put a notice on my door on SATURDAY Oct 14 saying they are taking legal action with the magistrate because I didn't pay my rent and they are giving me until the 12th to pay. They gave me the notice 2 days after they said I had to pay??? And the kicker is, I've already paid my rent when it was due. I have never been late in the two years I've lived here. Good luck trying to get in touch with someone bc I've been emailing, calling and texting and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS. Avoid this place like the plague.

I currently went to Ashley Station apartments on yesterday to put in an application for housing the apartment complex had a beautiful landscaping and the staff was very friendly and they were helpful with all my needs. I totally recommend this apartment complex for anyone who is looking for affordable housing in Columbus Georgia I was really astonished by the Landscaping and the friendliness of the staff very professional so I definitely recommend this apartment complex .

I really wish there was a way to not even give a star. 1star is way to much. My experience with Ashley Station has been the worse !! From the time I submitted my app until the time I moved in. It’s partially my fault though because there were soooooo many red flags. It’s almost impossible to get someone on the line yet along to give you a call back. When I moved into my unit there were a few things that needed to be fixed. Months / multiple work orders later still nothing. There were a few things I didn’t even notice. The wood on my balcony looks as if someone has been gnawing on it since the complex opened. The carpet they got cleaned originally is nastier than ever. The previous tenant burned the carpet with coal. The thermostat falls apart if touched. The was room doors look as if they’ve been in a war and are barely standing. Under the kitchen sink look as if water was continuously dropped and the wood is peeling very bad. I still have my pots and pans in boxes due to that. My oven has been out since NOVEMBER … it’s almost FEBRUARY. The hard wood floors are very dull / ashy looking with paint splatters here there and everywhere. Let’s not talk about the keeping of the premises. It’s down right disgusting. The dumpsters are always over flowing. The breeze way / stairways are FILTHY ! Everyone is grown so tenants should be penalized for poor keeping of the property. If you’re looking for a place to stay this isn’t it for sure. The rent is way too high for nothing. I can’t cook using my oven / can’t close my washroom doors / don’t feel comfortable walking on hardwood flooring w/o socks or shoes / can’t touch my thermostat without it falling apart / can’t comfortably sit on my balcony w/o being agitated by the ate up wood / can’t get a work order worked ! I’m extremely agitated w/ the place I call home.

I applied for the leasing agent position for this company. I got a call from the Property Manager for interview today at 2:00pm I got to the interview early and waited when 20 minutes passed I left. Now the girl at the front told them I was there and the people walking passed were waiving but I find it disrespectful that nobody could communicate with me verbal about what was going on. Because at first the girl at front desk didn't even know I was at the place for a interview she thought I was a tenant. I hope in the future they have better communication and time management

Ashley station is extremely unresponsive, unprofessional and overall lazy. Don’t let the way they respond to the google reviews fool you. The office is always locked and no one is never there to answer the phone, and when the do answer on the very few occasions they won’t answer any questions and will simply say to “look on the website”. Maintenance is horrible. Nothing will ever get fixed if you have an issue with your unit. They will claim they are going to come even if it’s an emergency and won’t show. My unit was flooded by the upstairs residents and Ashley station did nothing but bring fans out to dry the carpet and it took them 2 months to come get the fans and didn’t nothing about the water damage and water stains to the rest of the unit.Everyone that works at Ashley Station will have an attitude if you try to speak to them or bring up an issue. I wouldn’t recommend this unit to anyone especially if you have a family with children. They have an ongoing mold issue. Each time we could contact them about it they would offer to spray paint over it instead of actually treating and killing it . Overall it’s not a safe environment for anyone to live in.

This past week my husband and I decide to visit Ashley station apartments to get some information about the complex and meet de staff... when we got there we ask for some information and the staff is not friendly at all one of the secretaries respond " if you want information go to the website, everything is there" I was on shock because she don't want to talk about anything with us. Don't waste you're time going to that place... they don't want to work. They not even given me a tour of the complex. They just wanted me to leave.

These are the laziest and most dishonest people I have ever seen. I am a Soldier. I moved out 3 months ago and they are trying to steal my money. When I return to the country, I’ll take management to court and they will have to reimburse me for all of my expenses. DO NOT LIVE HERE, especially if you are a Soldier.

Go somewhere else. This apartment isn't so bad, but it's in the middle of the hood and crime is HIGH in the area. Cars are constantly getting broken into, shots are fired often and there's always stolen vehicles in the parking lot. Parts of it are Section 8, so you're getting what you pay for. The walls are paper thin all around, I'm pretty sure maintenance just gave up doing anything inside the apartments, I've never seen the pool open, the dog park gate is always broken and the trash areas are always a mess. Cars are always blaring 'music' and sirens are always going off due to the crime and nearby hospital. The apartments aren't air tight so you can feel the breeze come through and bugs fill the kitchen area. Oh and lets not forget that the apartment gives discounts to people that give it a 5 star review. The neighbors are nice, that's about it though.

The most ratchet and unprofessional office staff in the world. Must only require a GED to apply. Can’t wait until my lease is up here. So difficult to deal with and they do not fix ANYTHING. Why be condescending to people that pay their rent to you??? Horrible, from the office manager down the line. There isn’t a professional bone in that office
