Ordered a part on Amazon and it arrived broken. I returned it and was charged a restocking fee. Their claim was that I broke it during installation and lost some of the hardware. I did open the hardware kit but it was all repackaged and returned. It never left my kitchen table, let alone be installed. Upon further discussion with them via the Amazon chat, they continued to state I was in the wrong and then said, "Clearly you're playing games now because it was factory sealed when you received it and you know that Have a good day" which blew my mind. Unprofessional customer service and shady return practices for broken products.

Ordered a nitrous express kit from them, it came in an opened box that had been taped together. They won't return it and are passing the blame. Trying to say that nitrous express themselves used it and sold kit used. When obviously somebody purchased and swapped out 2 of their bad solenoids. I have called and the guy was extremely rude and unhelpful. Since then I have received several emails, none of which are helpful. Dont deal with these people directly or through amazon

Buyers beware of this company. Before you even consider shopping here look at the negative rating in the Better Business Bureau. Their arrogance at Customer Service is amazing. There is no way so many different customers can complain about the same problem. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes on shipped orders and will attack you when you call them on it. I will never shop there again. They suck as a company.

Purchased a $70 ujoint girdle for my car through them on Amazon. The part didn’t fit my yoke as described. When I returned it they only have me 1/2 my refund. When I went to contact them about the issue they informed me that they intentionally stole $35 from me. Awful company and I have to dispute my charge now because their return policy only states that they don’t give a refund if the package is opened of damaged materials

I bought a Procharger from this company and I was very pleased with the shipping time. During installation, I had a couple of questions and I called and spoke to Shaun. He was able to get me lined out and the installation completed. Great customer service.

I broke a rocker arm and didn't have a spare set. We were testing in Valdosta and had a race there that weekend. I was looking for someone close that was able to help us. ASA overnighted the parts we needed and then had one of their employees drive and meet us halfway to get us what we needed. They saved us in a pinch. Not too many companies around that would do that these days. Thank you so much, guys.

I ordered a nitrous kit and when it arrived it was missing the relay and micro switch. I called and spoke to heather and she overnighted me the parts from Nitrous Express so I could make the race that we were headed to.
