“I love the store, but it seems like every single time I go, Dot is working the register and it takes 5 minutes to check out. I fully understand giving everyone a position, but you need to find a better balance or position for her because it shouldn't take that long or be that frustrating to check out. I dread checking out every time I see her on the register.”
