AJ is amazing! I called him this morning about needing my dryer fixed, and he squeezed me in this afternoon. It took him less than thirty minutes to find the issue and do all the repairs. Worth every penny!

In April, al dunbar was called out to fix my elderly Mom's dryer. He charged her $140 to replace a thermostat. That did not fix the problem. The dryer was not drying the clothes after one cycle like usual. So, she called him back in May and he told her she needed to call a plumber...? We had another company come out in July and actually fix the problem and guarantee their work for the next 30 days. I called al dunbar to inform him of the recent repairs that another company came out and fixed the problem and he was rude and argumentative to me (the clients daughter). I wanted to know what he charged her for if he didn't fix the problem. He did come later and refund my Mom her $140.

AJ was quick to respond to my call about my dishwasher and was able to come out the next day. He is super friendly and was quick to diagnose the problem. He also already had a part and was able to fix my dishwasher quickly and run a test cycle. And the price was very reasonable!! Will definitely use again and recommend to others!
