“I toured this complex recently and impressed is an understatement. The staff Tonya and Ms. Melody are the best. They have exceptional customer service. These ladies made me feel warm and welcomed. I can't say enough about them. The complex is nice, quiet, and clean. The amenities are exactly what I was looking for. My moving plans have changed, but if I ever need to move this is where I'd like to live. Tonya if you're reading this thank you so much for your time and FYI I'm not moving to Phoenix, AZ just yet lol . I really enjoyed the tour. You Rock!”

She’s very personable and if you have any requests, she’s always available.The entire team is awesome! Dimi is excellent! She always has a big smile. Naula is kind and always available. Jeremie took care of my work order right before his day ended and I’m very appreciative. Everyone works so hard! I’m grateful to call this community home!”

“I’ve lived here for about a year now and I like the area and property. Recently I spoke to the assistant manager Ashley, about extending our lease and what that meant. She was informative and easy to work with. We went over options and possibly moving to a larger unit. I’ve not had much to complain about or anything but she told me to call if there was any issues or any other questions that my family or I came up with. The property is always clean and the maintenance guys are on it. It is close to shopping and some nice parks I like it here, it’s quiet and the people are nice.”

“A great place to stay for IBOLC! Takes about 15-20 mins total to drive to where IBOLC training occurs counting going through the gate and on base travel. Apartments have nice appliances and the office staff is amazing. They are all really nice and love to help out the tenants. Definitely a great community and environment for IBOLC students. Security around the apartments is very nice and helps protect personal belongings around the building. I highly recommend staying here for IBOLC because it comes with no hassle in terms of dealing with renting and finding other places to live.”

“I lived here for a little over a year and really enjoyed it. Tristan, Laura Leigh & Lacy are always so professional and helpful and my maintenance requests were always handled in a timely fashion. My apartment was extremely spacious for the price, I've had trouble finding anything else that compares. I never had trouble with any crime in the area. Walking around the trail at the lake was a must for me (& it's a great place to take pictures- even professional ones) & the laundry facility was always clean and in working order on the few occasions I had to use it. The gym was small but had enough equipment to maintain a light workout regimen and the YMCA was only right up the street. I loved living at the Lakes and would definitely recommend. Thanks Laura, Tristan & Lacey for always being so kind.”

She has single-handedly made living here such a positive experience!! She always has a smile on her face and is consistently helpful if any questions or concerns arise. In addition, the amenities, such as the pool, gym, and walking path are wonderful! Highly recommended!”

“I’ve lived here for 2.5 years and while the apartments themselves are not perfect, overall I love the aesthetic.The overall space is very open, and while the only doors are bathroom doors, I haven’t found this to be an issue at all. Storage space is lacking (plenty of kitchen cupboards however) but this can be fixed with the right furniture in bedrooms and living areas.Maintenance requests are easy to submit and fixed in a very quick window, I’ve never had a bad experience in this regard. Office staff is friendly and very helpful.There are lots of active duty living here currently, it’s a great place for that and only about 20ish minutes from post depending on your destination.This area is a short drive from downtown or a quick walk/run (about 2 miles south) on the riverwalk to get to some great restaurants and events when happening. The area from downtown to the Lofts is developing rapidly as well.I’d recommend this place, especially for any single or small families (including active duty) and overall life had a great experience here!”

“I’m just moving in and this experience was EXCEPTIONAL!!! I have moved to different complexes and found that Midland Falls delivered a higher level of customer service! The unit was cleaned and that’s coming from someone who cleans EVERYTHING! Carpets were professionally deep cleaned and made moving in a BREEZE! I don’t see myself moving anytime soon!!!I can’t end this review without giving a special shout out to two members of the Midland Falls team!The first goes to our leasing agent Kayla Brown! She was always very detailed and followed up with any questions we had. Not once did I feel lost in the process. She is EXCEPTIONAL at her job!!!Lastly shout out goes to Ms. Ramona. Not only did she look to provide a solution to my concern, she also went out of her way to personally see that my mattress was properly delivered to my apartment! She went the extra mile, putting it inside and we couldn’t thank her enough for her EXCELLENT customer service!ALL AROUND GREAT JOB!”

“I have lived in the palms apartments going on 2 years now and yesterday was the first time our hot water heater went out, never a good thing to happen especially during the recent cold weather we have been having. However, i called in and spoke with Deanna regarding my concern and she had maintenance sent out almost immediately! Unfortunately, today our water heater went out again(different issue with it). I called, and maintenance was instantly sent out again! I am extremely impressed with Christy, Holton, the maintenance team, and Deanna on such quick response times and being able to get my issue resolved WAY faster than expected! So, with that being said thank you guys SO much for everything you do and for taking care of your residents.(: I would recommend The Palms to anyone looking for an apartment!”

“I currently went to Ashley Station apartments on yesterday to put in an application for housing the apartment complex had a beautiful landscaping and the staff was very friendly and they were helpful with all my needs. I totally recommend this apartment complex for anyone who is looking for affordable housing in Columbus Georgia I was really astonished by the Landscaping and the friendliness of the staff very professional so I definitely recommend this apartment complex .”
“My husband and I have moved around 2 year.The best place we've ever called home .The staff is professional, friendly and helpful with all needs .We love that the grounds are always kept so nice and the flowers are always so beautiful!! . Extra activities like Easter egg hunt , Movie night,Ice cream truck.....! My kid loves to play in the play area . We like to go to the pool area and Gym.The best thing is we can do the parties in the Club house .I love living at the Greystone Farms.”
