The staff is great, friendly, and knowledgeable. Doctor Wheats is incredible. She's exactly who you want helping you keep your pets healthy, and also, letting you know when it's time to let them go. I don't know how vets do what they do, but I'm grateful they're there!

The only place I've ever dropped off my dog for care and not picked her up traumatized. There are animal clinics closer to me, but I'm sticking with these folks for good.

As always Cassie and Sigourney provided friendly and professional service for our pups scheduled appointment and treatments. This is the best veterinary care we have ever used in the past 15 years. The entire staff makes sure we understand what procedures and treatments are needed and how the results are evaluated to ensure the best health outcomes possible. We highly encourage everyone to use them for your family pets.

Always great service and communication! Emory was helpful and informative when it came to my fur baby, and Dr. Wheat was so sweet and helpful when it came to any questions I had. I’ll forever recommend any of the vets here, and trust them to take care of all our babies!

Dr Wheat is very knowledgeable and cares for her patients, she and the red headed nurse have taken great care of both of my cats. They made a point to give me the knowledge and tools to take care of my pets.

7/14/2023 - We were out of town when our geriatric dog took a sudden turn for the worse. This vet clinic, who we have never been to before, took us right in. We lost our baby girl that day. The whole clinic was very compassionate & caring. We received a paw print & card. I wish we could remember the vets name & staff! They were all wonderful with our fur baby as well as us in our time of such emotional upset.

Vet was honest and upfront with us about our baby. We were giving estimates before services were done. All our many questions were answered & made sure we understood. Coco (our fur baby) loves this office.

We just moved to the area, so haven't had an opportunity to establish vetinary care for our cats. One of our cats was having some acute GI issues that I was nervous about. The whole team was great and the vet was able to work me in between other patients first thing in the AM. Everyone was patient, kind, and understanding. They listened to me, explained the plan and involved me in the decision making, and educated me on diagnosis/treatment/follow-up. Very grateful for this team and will bring both our cats back for their routine care as well.

There is an unmatched level of incompetence and callousness regarding pet care. The amount of time that it takes to receive assistance or answer’s regarding something as simple as flea prevention is amazing. Steer clear of this clinic if you want to maintain peace of mind and adequate pet healthcare. Thank you so much Kristen and Ashley for being of zero assistance and dragging out that entire ordeal for over a week. This clinic will not be missed.

A very friendly and knowledgeable staff! The vet was very thorough while looking over my cat to get the proper diagnosis. Gave me all the information I needed to help us through this! Couldn’t ask for a more pleasant experience!

I have never been to a Vet that wouldn't let me hold my dog while they did their exam. My dog is super nervous and most of the time does not like others that are not a part of the household. I put the muzzle on my dog and told them I did not want to sedate her after being suggested for such, so instead the tech holds my dog so tight, that she literally poops all over herself. I try to calm her down and the vet tells me that what I'm saying is "reinforcing the bad habit", but that I can still talk to her. What else am I supposed to do but try to calm her down. There is no bad habit for a dog that has trauma issues and hates these kind of things, tell her that shes wrong, NO! You're trying to tell me what to do, when you have never met my dog, and never even asked what helps her calm down. All they wanted me to do was pay for every single service they put in front of me after i told them exactly what i came here for, including putting my dog on anxiety meds, before bringing her back. "It's a liability if she bites l you if youre holding her, then we're liable" how about listening to the owner and letting them calm the dog as they should instead of relying on medications to do your jobs. I've been to plenty of vets that have let me hold her during an exam, never have I ever had my dog so terrified and held so tight, that she poops on herself. I totally get the liability thing, but instead of "educating" me on your liability insurance, next time just dont do the exam and squeeze any animal as you did today. You are the reason she will never return to this office, and it's people like you that make her visits less and less pleasant making her more and more traumatized about other people. Learn how to treate your patients and not just medicate them!

It was a very bad time for my family. We had to put out precious Duke to sleep. He had a great life of 15 years. They made us feel very comfortable and was very sympathetic.
