The entire team was great! We highly recommend taking your pets to AGH. The staff/vet were kind, compassionate, and informative throughout the entire experience. You can tell how much they truly care about the animals / what they do.

I bought my baby here and I was told that she would need surgery and that she would have to go to Auburn to get it. I was fine with it at first because I was going by what was told to me. However after doing some research for myself I found that she was able to get surgery here in Columbus. I was livid because time is of the essence and I had a very sick dog. I expressed my disappointment to the staff and the veterinarian that wasted my time and TOOK MY MONEY!!!!! A good chunk of change just to let me down and misinform me of my baby's condition. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY DOGS HERE AGAIN!!!!!! And word to the wise, just because a caregiver talks sympathetically to you does NOT mean that the best intentions are towards you. These people are here to make money, not to make sense!!!!!

While traveling from overseas to the States. It’s been a little stressful on my feline. I noticed, he was peeing less amount. My previous cat experienced UTI. I call the vet to set up appointment. I’m glad they opened at 07:30, which I was able to set-up appointment. The front desk receptionist, is super nice and helpful. I saw Dr. Anita Wheat, and her technicians were so helpful and nice (with my concern about my cat). I also love that they have an APP, in which I can request an appointment or pet food, medication. I love it they have this app. I recommend their services and their dedicated support team.

By far the best veterinary clinic in town. Pets are expensive, but this place will do everything they can to help you and your fur-babies. They offer a military discount too! The staff is always so loving and caring.

Do not use this vet!!!!! I was 9 minutes late because of traffic and was told they could not see my dog because I was too late. I have sat in the room at their office with my dogs for over an hour and half waiting on them one time because they forgot about me. Terrible customer service!!!

The people are the most amazing people and by far the absolute best vet I've ever taken my dogs too!! Mrs Ashley literally performed a miracle on my girl Marley within a month I am so amazed and so greatful for everything they have done they are most definitely second family to us and have treated us like family since day 1 I recommend them to everybody!!

My daughters cat Simba needed to see a vet urgently so I called and they was able to get me in with him within an hour. The staff was very welcoming and the assistant did great with his little feisty self. The dr was able to take care of his issues right away and got simba fixed up so he’ll start feeling better. The dr was very passionate in explaining all details of Simbas care with us and all his needs I feel like was meet with 100% satisfaction. I am grateful to have us the care I received this morning from Dr Wheat and all the staff at the Hospital. Sigourney was excellent at getting us signed in and taken straight back. As well as answering any questions I asked her about future appointments. I will gladly be making Animal General Hospital number 1 for all my animals needs!!

My cat is having a difficult time with behavior. I have never been treated better in a vet office before. They were kind and respectful. The doctor is wonderful and my cat is already doing better after one day. Prices are optimal. But lower prices only reflect the generosity of the owner. Let me be clear, the prices are cheap, but the service is exceptional.
