This clinic is strange. I went to this clinic to see if they could tend to my dog’s (Kylo) random pain. I explained to the front desk lady what could possibly be wrong, and they offered X-rays. (Only reason I kept the appointment was for the X-rays offered)I returned the next morning for the X-rays. Once Kylo was in the room there were three other people in there, which already was strange to me. Kylo is extremely gentle and very lovable, with that, the male assistant was already attempting to handle Kylo to get him up on the bed, but I simply use commands, plus he trusts me to pick him up. (He is scared of height). They should have asked me first. The doctor walks in the room and Kylo is facing me. The male assistant is holding Kylo down, while the doctor is simply checking his teeth and gums. Kylo slightly turns his head and the doctor jumps in fear of being bitten. That just set the negative mood in the room. The male assistant is just “prepared”.Moving on, the doctor wants to check where the pain is coming from by applying pressure and strain on the area. Obviously, Kylo is going to cry from the pain and move because he wants him to stop. The male assistant grabs Kylo by the neck and slams him down on the table!! I got up because that was foul treatment. I brought him there because he is uncomfortable, and they made him feel worse. I have never been to a veterinary clinic, that didn’t ask the owner to keep the dog comfortable for the process. The male assistant is trying to place this muzzle on him as if Kylo even made an attempt to bite. Another lady had to tell him “not too tight”! This entire time he is just scared of all of them. Turns out that Kylo has arthritis on a vertebrae and hip dysplasia.I regret taking my Kylo here. I regret not walking away when those weirdos were handling Kylo as if he was Cujo!! Honestly!See the photos of my Kylo. When the doctor said he had a bad stare in his eyes ? he’s literally in pain, as I stated, which is the reason why he was in their care. Thanks for the X-rays, but you and your staff need to be replaced. Your clinic needs to be cleaned as well.

Office staff were extremely nice. Enjoyed speaking with the Dr. Relativity quick service but not in a poor or rude manner. Overall, it was a very nice visit. Much better than other locations in Columbus

When I have dealt with the vet he has been alright. I cannot say the same for the staff.I had an emergency with my cat, and asked to see if they could squeeze me in that day. Their next available opening was the next day, I understood but I still needed to my kitty looked at. I figured I would go to another vet for the emergency and continue to use Animal Care Clinic for any other pet related needs. I did however need my kitty’s vaccination record from Animal Care Clinic. This is where things get interesting, I was told by the woman who answers the phone, Cadence, that those records were invalid because they were two years old. I insisted that she email me these records. She agreed. By the time I had gotten to the other Vet, Animal General Hospital I had not received the records. I asked the employees at Animal general hospital if it was common for medical records to be deemed invalid after so long. I was told this was not the case. It took the other vet clinic, Animal General Hospital, calling Animal Care Clinic to get them to send the records over. I don’t know why someone would lie about this, it does nothing but engender animus and drive business away. I was happy to use another vet for this emergency and continue using Animal Care clinic. They have now lost a paying customer. You reap what you sow.

Jamie and the young man who helped her were So Great with our Baby.. We were really nervous about bringing her and how she would react for she hasn't been to the Vet since her first mom(our neighbor) moved and left her. Thank you for everything.. Dr. Carroll and the Animal Care Clinic Team are the Best! ?

Everyone that works there is very kind and professional. I couldn't be happier with a vet to say the least. We brought our barely 9 week old sick puppy. The vet was very thorough and covered all bases. Took time to explain everything step by step with us. He was so understanding and patient with us being so nervous about our sick puppy. I highly recommend to anyone with a fur baby!

As you see from the picture she knows exactly where she is at. The love and care everyone in this place they show my little one is great. She has no issue getting out or even coming up to the window getting her medicine (love the fact they come to your car and do that now.) Nothing bad to say about this place. When my little one went for a broken leg they did a great job. You can't even tell she had one. Love it.

I called to see if they could squeeze in a cat that was very sick. The answer was a short "nope! We have no appointments and it by appointment only".Northside would at least see an animal if it was urgent, but it was the tone of voice that made me realize I will never spend a cent at this place.

Went in about 2 weeks ago and had my pit bull Nyla’s ears cropped. First of all the customer service was really good. The young lady at the front desk was really upbeat and paid me and my puppy attention when it was our turn at the counter even though there were a lot of distractions The entire staff here was really friendly. Once I met the Dr. I was confident that I would receive great service and I did. He explained everything to me from the beginning to the end. I’ve had to tape them some because she wants to fold them back, but Dr. Roy is working with me to have them stand properly. I really appreciate that, as I know that this happens. So I would highly recommend this vet clinic.

Do not take your pet here. The staff is nice, doctor is horrible and rude. For example, my cat was tested for feline aids. When they came back with the results, they didn't know if he was positive or negative because the nurses saw a faint line but the doctor didn't. My cat is only 9 weeks old, and his mother tested positive. My uncle is a vet in a different state and said it could show up within their first 6 months because the mom had it. Dr. Carroll told me to retest in 3 weeks. When I asked about what my uncle said, he said "did you not hear what I said? We're gonna retest in 3 weeks". Also, I had a question regarding a issue my cat has been experiencing. I asked Dr. Carroll if I could show him pictures, and he said "I don't want to see that". What?! Oh, and the medicine they gave me expired said it expired 2 months ago. The doctor is rude and doesn't care. Dr. Carroll seemed like he just wanted to go home. I had so many questions and received short, rude answers which didn't even answer my questions half the time. Same thing happened last time, thought maybe he just had a bad day and gave him the benefit of the doubt. But nope, he's just like that
