It’s 12/15/2023 this truck #3062 at 1:31pm near the Walmart in Eufala is driving like they are high on drugs ripping theme truck through traffic cutting cars off. I mean I get trying to get to a destination in a timely manner but to risk the lives of people on the highway no signal lights driving crazy is unacceptable. I pray no one gets hurt this holiday season??♀️??♀️??♀️

If I could give ZERO STARS I would!!!! If you like having your valuables go "missing" and not be able to contact the company who was entrusted to care for them because they never answer their phones or return your calls and messages, then AIM in Columbus is the right choice to move you. If you have a choice in who moves your HHG for yourself and/or your family, unlike my family who were assigned this company by the military, then save yourself the hassle and expense of replacing your valuables and choose a better moving company than this one. Clearly this company has no desire to take care of the belongings they are paid well to store and move, not only are we missing items that are well over $30K in value (I'm low balling) but many of our items are scraped up and damaged. Not confident that this company will take any responsibility as they still haven't responded to our many messages trying to locate our missing items, we have looped in the military side (TMO/DMO) to try to assist us with this issue, if they assign you this company to move my suggestion is do a DITY or raise hell to get another company.

Worse movers ever. Military family so we're familiar with having our stuffed moved, and unfortunately had a run in with some bad movers, but this company takes the cake. We're coming for you and will recoup damages!

Nice try, posting a different address. Please see the multiple reviews of this company here: Or, read my review: This company and its employees have no integrity or professionalism. Military members, talk with your TMO agent immediately if you are assigned this carrier and demand a different carrier. I have had many moves with the DOD, and this company was by far the worst. My pickup driver subcontracted a day-laborer, spent most of the day sleeping in his truck, underpaid the worker which resulted in a profane screaming match in front of my house which included racial slurs. I had to intervene to prevent a physical fight. The delivery was later than the contracted date mandated by the DOD, and noone called to tell me despite my repeated phone calls to customer service (Velvet E. was particularly condescending and rude, and stopped all communication with me after realizing the shipment would be late). Lisa from dispatch was also condescending and apathetic, told me my truck would arrive "between 8 and 8:30." They arrived at 1200, worked until 5, left, came back at 9pm (!) and finished unloading the truck at midnight. I called Lisa several times that day literally begging for help and received responses like, "the driver won't hire more help because then he won't get paid as much." The driver (Eric) also slept all day in his truck and had no tools or intention to reassemble furniture. They did not unpack a single box or reassemble a single piece of furniture. At midnight, Eric asked me to sign a form saying they had unpacked and reassembled everything we asked. My wife (5 months pregnant) had been on her feet since 7am, and we were just too exhausted and distressed to continue, so I asked them to leave. The movers smoked inside my house, left trash everywhere, and needed my help to move heavy furniture. The house is still full of unpacked boxes. The drivers' tactic is to go as slow as possible and as late as possible so the customer physically can't ask them to do the required work (eg. unpacking, placing the items, reassembling furniture). This company and its employees are fraudulent and are abusing the DOD and military members. They should be ashamed of the way they treat servicemembers.

Google please add a no star option. If i could take some stars I would! Worst moving company ever. Dont ever ever ever EVER use them to move or store your things. I have $6500 in damaged and missing household goods!! I have a claim with the DoD and with be filing with the BBB! Don't even waste your time unless you want to hire a Lawyer. I sure will be! If you are a soldier and they tell you this is your moving company, you better tell them to change it.
