I did reservations for a rental car when arrived no longer available. However the lady was very nice and respectful to me and apologized in a respectful way. I learned that day Alamo Enterprise and National are exactly same company.

Easy in and out. Reached out to make sure everything was good. Car was a nice upgrade from what we booked. Car was extra clean too.

The customer service here is definitely not the greatest. Employees would rather pocket personal belongings or just leave it be. Not a great experience.

I was never treated so badly in a Alamo store or somewhere else place like that in USA, that was the worst experience I’ve been …Anyway, I’ll complain a lot at Alamo suport, It cant be possible something like that happning to custmers. They both were rude and not nice at all.

I booked through Alamo. I called and was given an offer better then those other rental places. And I wasn't pressured to commit like the others I called. Was emailed what I was offered and from there I was able to customize to my favor.Was being told leading up to renting out of that airport that cars are never available on time or during the time I needed but when I showed up earlier then I scheduled they were able to get me a car. It was easy and I was confirmed everything I requested before paying.I had flight issues. (Worst airport ever btw) so when I called to extend my reservation it was easy. And i was given instructions on what to do when returning car after hours.The final charges on my card were off but they had been keeping in touch me with about my experience so when i asked about the charges they replied very quick and resolved the issue and still stay in contact after. They even called to double check and email.I was very pleased with how quickly everything was. Very happy. I talked to many different people which would usally be a red flag and all were great. Thanks to the entire team.

My flight in was cancelled last minute. I prepaid for a rental car. Since I prepaid, I don’t get a full refund. Stay away from Alamo/Enterprise.

Was given a reservation number and went to pick up and there were no vehicles to rent out despite being told there was. Our group is now stuck in Columbus without transportation. Unacceptable.

This was the Alamo location at the Columbus GA airportI liked the car. The rental process was extremely disappointing. My rental time was scheduled for 10 a.m. I arrived on time but after being charged I was told the printer was down and was told I had to wait until the repairman arrived and until it was repaired. By noon the printer was still not working but now they said they would email the paperwork to me. This should have been done at 10 a.m. I STILL have not received any email from them. I was told they would adjust my return time, I dont know if they did or not. I returned the car soon after 10 anyway. Their delay ran me 2 hours behind on an 8 hour trip. That was not easy on me arriving to my destination so late.

I'm quite sad to see others had a bad experience here. I reserved my car online weeks in advance. I didn't worry about it again until pick up day. As promised, the car I wanted or one like it was reserved. My flight landed and I immediately went to pick up my rental. From start to finish it took maybe 15 min to sign everything and get the keys. The only reason I did not give a full 5 stars is because the vehicle had a peculiar smell of smoke (if you get what I mean) and my seatbelt had some weird brown stuff by the shoulder area. Other than that, my car appeared clean and came with Clorox wipes for my additional safety. In addition, my bf had flight issues that caused him to stay another day. They were about 45min until close and he was able to reserve a car hassle free. He expressed that he really liked the car (Chevy Malibu) and had no issues returning it. I'd easily rent from this location again!

Biggest bunch of crooks there is!! DO NO use Alamo- This desk person does not want to view & take the car then you will automatically get $1000 bill for some sort of something they found wrong with the car months after you have rented it. Never use this company!

Horrible service!! they would not come out of the airport to look at the car out and 2weeks later want to claim damage, a month after that still have not sent what the damage was but would like money. these guys are crooks! do not ever rent from them! I have done plenty of rental cars in the last 10 years and have never had any problems with anyone but these guys-I drove this car from Atlanta to Columbus Airport only. CROOKS- DO NOT USE.
