I made an appointment and took my dog here.
For a dime sized growth on her chin. They told me that it was a mass cell tumor. They said there was a new drug to treat this or chemo. both very costly. then they stated that they would not do anything to my dog without Spaying or noodering her first. And that she'd die within 4 months if tumor went untreated. I argued that she was 9 yrs old there was no need for fixing her, that had nothing to do with the problem, I just wanted her better without fixing her. They said no it wasn't there policy. When I went home I read up on mass cell tumors. There's plenty we can do for her that isn't so costly. This vet cares more about money than the animals. I would NOT take your pet here.

I've been here 1 once a couple years back and it was great but recently I've been calling every day and I can't get in touch with them ever. It always just goes straight to line busy and cuts off. I can't even leave a message. I work during y'all hours and can't come by and am trying to get a pricing and make an appointment so I can request the day off. I get y'all busy but I should be able to leave a message or at least get a call back

As one of my regular vets, i took my dog there for an emergency surgery, but because it was best to get the operation done ASAP and they didnt have any availability that day, they recommended I take her somewhere she can be operated same day and had a full list of other vets in the area phone # & address, and was even friendly enough to go down that list in order of who i should call first based on price and who they thought most likely to see her same day. Thats putting ethics over profit. So for that, I know my animals life is more important to them than telling me i should be able to wait it out and bring her back to them so they make the cash.

We have been loyal costumers to this veterinarian since 2018. Our vet was Dr. Duncan and he was just hands down amazing. He showed true love, care, and concerns for my dogs. Unfortunately he left back at the beginning of 2023 and it has not been the same for us. While the staff are nice and courteous, I don’t really think they are “affordable” and I do not like how they charge extra for anual examinations for dogs that are not spayed. I wanted to get an estimate on teeth cleaning and they wanted me to do another visit (aka more money) just for an estimate. In order to get my dog’s teeth cleaned the vet told me she needed to be spayed, like what/why? What does getting her teeth cleaned have anything to do with her reproductive organs? I understand the reason for spaying is to prevent over breeding dogs and health concerns, but that’s is the owners choice and their business. I was able to find a vet that gave me an estimate over the phone, didn’t have to get my dog spayed, and did an amazing job at cleaning her teeth for a very reasonable and affordable price.

We took our rescued kitten to be checked out. They were super kind and informative. Glad I chose them to start the vet care for "Cotton" I look forward to them being HIS doctor for many years to come!!!!

I took my dog hear for a mass on her eyelid and let me tell you the service here is awesome. My dog feels comfortable when she come and the services are at a price I can afford. I recommend you will not be disappointed
