Worst moving experience as well as one of the most expensive… they didn’t seem to care about my house or belongings…. Nothing was put in appropriate places even though everything was labeled…. Never heard communication back from management to discuss my complaints….

We used this company in September 2020 and they did an awesome job.Fast forward to August 2023.We had them load 2 -26 foot trucks. When we arrived at our destination all my boxes marked fragile were crushed. It's as if they threw the boxes etc. I have lost my faith in people doing a lousy job and being unprofessional. We originally thought they did a good job and gave the 3 workers a tip of $20 a piece Boy do we feel naive

We are really devastated with how our move went with Affordable Movers. Our washer was broken, a china cabinet that has been in my family for generations chipped, and an antique screen broken. How did they make this right? Wayne accused my father (a minister) of lying. I would never recommend them even to my worst enemy. To not only NOT try to make the situation right but then to also accuse my decent family of lying is deplorable.

I wish I was writing this review based on the service provided but unfortunately we never made it that far. I purchased a large safe from a store in Columbus and paid the $300 delivery fee which the store contracts with this company I’m assuming. When I was in the store we were told that as long as you are not more than a set amount of miles then you only pay a flat fee. I looked up my address while in the store and it was 2 miles less than the maximum so I figured we were good to go. When they called me they told me I was over the mileage and would have to pay extra.When I asked about how they calculated that the lady was very rude. At the end of the day it all came down to google maps versus Apple Maps! For me I really did not care about paying extra it was more about how the receptionist and the owner spoke to me when I was really just trying to ask a clarifying question. They both made it very clear that they did not have time for me and were not interested in answering my questions. Let’s just say they did not move my safe and I hired a much more customer service focused company that was local to my area and were incredibly great to work with. I would think twice about using a company that is willing to fight with a customer over 1 mile. Ridiculous!!

I highly recommend this company. The lady who scheduled me was very cordial. But the movers are the highlight of this company. They were so kind and professional. They made me comfortable because I trusted their skills and expertise. Furthermore, they moved all my items and set it up in the way I desired. They made sure that my furniture was assembled correctly and that no damage was done. I will definitely use this company for my next move.

Very nice people and took me on last minute. Very accommodating and went the extra mile for me. Only complaint I have is they didn't finish packing my garage or attic. The packers said they would have someone there the day the movers showed up. No one ever came, I packed my attic and garage while the movers loaded the rest.
