Not having to pay all money upfront is ok but after interest you pay double sometimes triple the retail price with financing. Samsung washer without the agitator is garbage and wish I'd just bought a cheap one all cash but now paid for and over. Don't be late on payment cause they won't leave you alone until you pay.

Bad experience so far everyone acts like there busy doing anything but helping you , if you order off line expect 3 weeks to a month about time you actually get the furniture, plan on them charging you regularly before you get the furniture like while it’s traveling to you your using it ! Everyone acts non chalant kind of narcissistic , when you have a problem like your issue isn’t an issue and that you can wait forever, miss work it doesn’t matter as long as they get to take forever be rude and tell you how they run everything , the costumer is never right they’ll just lie and say whatever that makes nothing their fault , when you react to the toxicity they’ll say oh let’s be adults about this like your acting childish, when it’s their actions that are the reason you respond the way you do !

If I could give this store no stars, I would. This is the worst Aaron's I've ever did business with and we have been an Aaron's customer for several years in multiple counties in Georgia. The customer service is horrible and the management seems untrained and unprofessional. This location gives the overall company a bad reputation. I will never do any business with Aaron's again because of this specific location. They took me through a long tedious process to fix my washing machine, only to replace it with a cheaper washing machine that I was lied to and told was the same market value price as the washing machine I had been paying on for years. I was making payments on an appliance that I couldn't use. They changed my payment date, without notice and when I was 2 weeks late due to the payment date change, they came to my front door demanding their appliance. It infuriated me because for months I couldn't get them to properly respond to my request of maintenance or new product replacement but for a late payment, there was tremendous customer service. I don't recommend this location or even this company. The corporate office should evaluate this location, starting with the management.

"Judging a book by its cover."Being a new home owner I wanted to look and buy some new furniture for my home. So I decided to check at the local Aaron's on Buena Vista Rd. Columbus Ga. Walking into the store I was greeted by a man named "Derrick". Before saying hello or greeting me like a good customer servicer would do. His first response was where do I live? Can I afford the payments? Is my house big enough for the furniture I wanted? He was so rude and out of line. I just figured he judged me based on my appearance. I was so hurt and uncomfortable. I stated to him that he shouldn't judge a book by the cover. He's job was to assist me and help me find what I was looking for. If I could I would rate the store customer service no stars. I walked out and told him I would take my service elsewhere. I don't wish that encounter on nobody. Money is Money no matter where it comes from. I hope they train their workers with more respect and training. This was the first time I was racial profiled.

Samantha and Kamira!!! That is all that's needed to be said. These ladies are ON IT with any problem or concern they both go above and beyond to make sure you are FULLY satisfied with your purchase! And I can't forget the delivery guys!!! They are the sweetest, most respectful and FUNNY guys ever! Go to this store. You won't be disappointed.

This Aaron’s location on Buena Vista road is so unprofessional they never get back to on anything. Did an online order submitted everything I needed I received 2 tvs. One of them had a green line in it I sent it back they kept taking the money from my account. Two months went by but they never returned my merchandise and then had the audacity to keep rescheduling the pick up date when I tried to return the other tv and then Brandon told me to just bring it to the store. I think not!!!! This location keeps changing staff and telling us they are short staffed which has nothing to do with us. Instead of making excuses for their short comings how about learn how to properly run this store because it has not ran right since Kristy left the company. You guys really need to do better. Stop blaming the customers and and take accountability for you guys short comings. DO BETTER .

Was trying to become a new customer placed and order online on Friday. Went to store next still couldn't be helped then called spoke with a manager and was told to call store to finish processing application. Lady left me on phone and didn't return any of my calls. Definitely unprofessional way to handle new Customer.
