We've recently moved to to the area and do not have a "family doctor" for our furbabies yet. One of our babies was experiencing chronic diarrhea. Regardless of having full appointment schedule and clients bringing/picking up boarded pets, we were told to bring our baby in and they'd fit us in as quickly as possible. Yes, we waited a bit, but considering how busy they were, they truly got us seen more quickly than we anticipated. During our wait, the staff was constantly apologizing to us! So very friendly despite being run off their feet. Have been to so many places where the staff gives an atmosphere of being burdened by the clients. Not here!
Also, Dr Bridges was very reassuring in his assessment and advice. We've been to places where they want to whisk your pet away and run multiple tests, keeping them for observation, etc only to find they have worms or need a dietary change. Dr Bridges prescribed only what she needed for relief and suggested common sense approach, to easing her condition, saving us needless expenses.
We truly appreciate their willingness to give immediate care, treat us like valued clients and being mindful of the costs to us!

Very pleasantly surprised by the sincere staff here. Was greeted by a sweet young lady. Had an amazing staff member Leigha assist me in the room. Dr bridges is very informative, and compassionate. Asked several times if I had any questions. Highly recommend this animal hospital.

Top notch vet in a small town. Saved my dog with antivenin and a 3 day stay for a very fair price! Staff is kind and caring. Great place.

Dr. Maddox and staff are the best! Saved my furbaby after a snake bite. and I couldn't believe how reasonable the price was for a weekend stay with antivenin and meds. The staff is professional and exceptionally kind and caring. top notch vet care in a small town.

The staff are very friendly and helpful! The veterinarian was very knowledgeable and let me know exactly what was going on. I would definitely recommend using this establishment as your veterinarian.

Reasonable price, payment plans with sunbit were great, very helpful.Our sick cat iwas better the day after his visit. He's acting more energetic and rambunctious than we have ever seen him act after being treated. Very satisfied

This was the first visit for both my fur babies. The veterinarian and staff were excellent. I was worried about my oldest kitty but they handled her perfectly. She is already doing better! They explained everything so I could understand, showed me what to do once I took them home, and answered all my questions patiently. I would highly recommend this establishment.
