Ordered a small package, said delivered on Saturday and left on front porch but nothing is actually there. Ordered the same thing again while I wait for my ticket to be resolved as this is something I need for work and was delivered today and left in mailbox but there’s nothing in my mailbox. The delivery driver may be the dumbest human being on the planet. Opened a second ticket which I’m sure I’ll never hear back on.

My Package I Ordered Off Of Amazon Was Supposed To Deliver Today It Says Delivered But There Is No Mail And No Package And I Needed That Package Early Monday Morning .

Poor customer service.. I have been on hold for over 30 min.. This is a sad excuse for a government ran establishment. I been missing a item sense the 1st of December and my email says it was delivered by the mail carrier in which it was never delivered... Somebody has to refund me my money or pay the price for theft.

Mrs. Jennifer always goes above and beyond to help with anything that is brought to her attention. I have only had 2 incidences in the 16 years I have lived in Collins, and she quickly remedied the situation both times. Their hours are a little bit of an inconvenience, but is no fault of any of the USPS workers.

I love our post office besides the hours, they are always friendly when I go up there. Never had an issue with anyone who works there.
