I have my car loan with this bank I can find any of their branches to make a deposit for my car payment. It is shameful and being irresponsible to waste my time and money in such ways. I hope I had made right decisions for not deal such rubbish.

I went into the branch today to cash a check from the GA Dept of Revenue, which is drawn under their bank. Nikki Reeves was the teller. She brought up that my ID will expire today but it is still VALID today! And then she said the check was issued 3/11, however, it says valid for 180 days. I just received the check yesterday. I do have a mailing service I use and it’s possible that caused a delay in receiving the mail. However, there is no reason why my check couldn’t be cashed! I am not an account holder there, but u provided a second form of ID. The reason I went there was that I know checks issued from the same bank can be validated. Nikki Reeves said I have to call GA Dept of Revenue and the check wouldn’t cash! Makes no sense. I am filing complaints with BBB as well. I felt discriminated against because I didn’t have an account with Wells Fargo, my check wasn’t cashed!

Bank teller was honest about minimum wait time and how long it would take to process my transaction. It all went smoothly. Good customer service today.

Well, I had a great experienced opening a new account from this Wells Fargo Branch. Mr. Kahlil Warren was patiently taking care of opening my account as I I'm just a Green Card holder here in USA.It's a great Blessings to have wonderful people who will go an extra mile for you. And the beautiful lady who welcomes you with a sincere smile---- it's priceless! I'm not over exaggerating the fact but it is how it felt being treated well.So, dont hesitate to come to this branch, they have wonderful employees to greet you with smiles!

In drive -thru: Since it was literally no one else in line I thought I’d be in & out. WRONG! Got there at 9:05 am. All I needed was a cashier’s check. Deposit that amount into someone’s account. Staff was clueless how to handle. Took me 30+ min while other customers came & went. If you have ample time and patience this shouldn’t bother you. But, if you’re pressed for time, please be AWARE!

This banks customer service is awful. You have to get in line in the drive theu and sit 30 minutes to and hour before you are waited on. This happened to me at East point location also. Horrible customer service.

The worst Wells Fargo in Atlanta. They always have people behind the window doing nothing. And when you walk in the bank tellers look at you crazy. Hate this bank and they need new management. I'm at the window right now writing this review because I'm so upset with the wait time and customer service.

I've been reading some of these reviews and even though I am new to this area, I've been going from time to time to this bank at least for the last year. Never have waited more than 2 minutes in line. The attendant have taken care of my cases in a very professional way and have no complaint at all. Yes it is on a "non too secure" area, well they have a police officer in front of the branch every time I have visited and it makes me feel secure. Their approach always have been very professional and in a kindly manner. I've never been there on a Saturday, so I am not really sure how it could be on that day. But definitely, as on every other branch that I've visited, I always have been treated they way I have expected. Every bank company has its rules and policies and I definitively will stay with WF as long as I receive a professional service as of today.

WAIT TIME is too long. They had one bank teller working on a Friday afternoon, but had 5 people walking around not doing anything. Bad management she stood there and watch the line grow
