Every single time I go to Eden Fresh against my better judgement, I regret it. I usually go to Publix in Summerhill, but needed a few ingredients for dinner so I decided to pop in quickly.In the past I have purchased (without knowing) rotting and spoiled meats so I examined the expiration date on my ground turkey and dairy products today very closely. What I did not even think to look at is the expiration date on the jar of pickles I purchased because pickle expiration dates are usually TWO YEARS out.Well of course when I got home I glanced at the jar and they expired 2 months ago. Meaning these have likely been sitting on that shelf for two years….Literally never again. This place is disgusting, insanely overpriced, has horrible produce, and doesn’t stock the simplest things like a can of green chilis I needed today.

The cashier left the station when I was the only person in line and then cut the light off. It’s 8:18 PM Wed. He commented, “sorry sir”. Well I’m sorry as well. This store is a perpetual series of offenses but perhaps it’s only for certain customers. I left my groceriesat the register and I won’t be returning.

I decided to pay this store a visit because I haven't been in it since it was renovated and changed names. The looks are pleasing. Interesting color scheme. Black and Red. The store has everything you need for the most part. The only problem is the expense. Everything in here is a dollar or two more than other stores.I feel like this store is strictly for the neighborhood people and the convenience. Years ago you could find a lot of cheap items in this store when it was Way field but I get it.They now have specialty items and a better selection of some foods. They have a salad bar, hot food bar and a sandwich making station. I purchased and 8 piece smoke chicken and some bread pudding. The chicken was seasoned, tender and juicy. I paired it with a nice salad. The bread pudding was like home. Not overly sweet and the perfect consistency. I wished I had bought another one.One other thing. Everybody in there speaks to you. They have a full staff and they are very friendly. That's what matters most these days. I will be sure to visit again.

To the deli! Don’t put food out if you going to not serve customers when they come to deli! Rude girl in deli that talks about customers when they walk! They don’t have on name tags!

Happy with the updates though nothing was wrong with the store before, just limited. It’s clean and the staff have all been nothing but helpful and friendly. I’m glad to see a seafood and deli counter, and the varieties of everything from gluten-free options to produce, meats, and even booze! ❤️

Went for the first time. The store had expired eggs and meat that was turning brown. A carton of regular strawberries were $6. I probably won’t be going back.

Regular shopper but my last visit will be my last. Purchased meat with expiration dates of 10/2 and 10/4. Both were rotten before 10/1.Eden Fresh Market is changing the dates on the meat. The package of chicken thighs I had were wrapped twice – once in the original plastic and again with new plastic and a new date. Very disheartening to know that in an area full of elders, with very few grocer options, Eden fresh would be selling people bad meat.

I love all the updates they have made to the store. Like everywhere else prices are up. One suggestion if there is a line at the seafood counter just choose something frozen or something else entirely. The woman behind the counter seemed overwhelmed.
