Yes long wait times is the new normalm post covid, but when you are greeted and helped by the lovely Ms. OJAY you walk away satisfied. She has assisted me a few times in the past and each time she was pleasant and very professional. You rock Ms.Ojay!

They close whenever they feel like it even tho the sign says 5pm and open whenever they feel like it. There's always one person at the desk and the lines are always long.

They stuck my package, which required a signature, into my mailbox and marked it “delivered to agent for final delivery” two days ago. Ive been waiting and just happened to check it today to find it.
