I bought 10 boxes of paper that were tagged with $12.95 only to be told the price went up to $19.95 despite the posted price the clerk said he had to charge me the new price. That's not right! However, given the 3.3 stars google has you all rated at, I shouldn't be surprised.

The representative did my reservation and scheduling wrong with wrong mileage. I been trying to fight the charges and have not gotten a response from anyone.

Firstly, the original "neighborhood dealer" did not come through. She canceled our request for a truck rental because she was not there during normal business hours. Because of this, we had to go to the college park location on old national. I called uhaul to create the reservation. I'm assuming the reservation did not translate over to the man who checked us out at the uhaul location. He just asked for a new phone number.... I don't know why because I made the reservation under my phone number. I ended up giving him another phone number... At that point, he got the truck ready and gave us the paperwork. I told him that I also made a reservation for a furniture dolly and he gave us the dolly. HOWEVER, the dolly he gave us was for SALE. Not for rent. He apparently didn't even look at the reservation I had because I never requested to purchase a furniture dolly.... like what would I as a woman need a furniture dolly for.... like come on now dude.When we came back, we tried to address the issue with the guy, but he denied all allegations. He basically lied on us and stated that we wanted to BUY a dolly that we would never ever need or use in the future.This location is a joke and even the manager chose not to believe us. She just assumed her incompetent worker knew what he was doing. Even his coworker said he should only work OUTSIDE and not on the register... This location does not have anything together and is cross training people who are incompetent.They do not even explain charges. I am going to have to reach out to address additional charges that I was not made aware of..Uhaul is only only out here to take your money. I recommend to contact Penske at Home Depot for any future moving truck rentals.

The General Manager Quincy and his staff is absolutely amazing. They took care of us from the moment we walked in the door until we left. The customer service is second to none.

Awful customer support. Couldn't give us the truck we reserved, kept us waiting for an hour, threatened to cancel on us and throw us out when we asked what was going on. Eventually they gave up and sent us to another U-Haul location where they said a truck would be waiting... Except that location was abandoned! Completely shuttered and abandoned! Thanks for nothing!

I would definitely rent here again! The owner was so understanding being that we had to extend our return time. I really appreciate that, most businesses just see a number when they look at customers. But this location is definitely where the customer service is at.

Nothing the young lady that service me was so professional & knowledgeable that a was blown away and informed her of this upon me leaving. This was truly unexpected service received at this location. I give this girl and the location a 10 star of my experience! Thank you

Bought a propane tank from the Riverdale location.. The manager called this location to confirm she could send a customer there to get propane, it's an emergency, guy stated as long as he's here before 7.. arrived at 6:58 pm and the guy acted as if he never said anything..Aldo stated he already closed the store but I used to be a U-Haul Manager. You can't close the store while the door's are open and employees are still out cleaning up and people walking in and out. That's a liability issue. All door's must be locked.He then said he sends numbers in 15 minutes before closing and can't do propane. After the lady from the store just called over to tell you she was sending a customer there for propane..Just horrible service. I will never visit this location again and will send John brick or whoever is the president now an email with this complaint.I'll remember his name just in case he needs a job so we do not hire him. Needs much better awareness and training.

Had a weekly rental at this location on December 2nd, 2021. The Employee at check-in " Requowa " (unsure of the correct spelling) escalated the issue to tampered license, when presented my passport to prove my identity, escalated further with all attempts to cancel the booking and reissue a new booking at a higher rate. Requested a manager, the agent refused said no manager is available I'll have the wait until one arrives. Requested to call her manager by phone she refused. That's when I overheard her speaking with someone by phone saying that I provided an expired Georgia License= lie! Then she returned said the meanwhile she will cancel my reservation, that's when I asked what's the reason she escalated further and dialed 911. Said she felt threatened etc... that's when she noticed I was recording the encounter. I escalated the complaint to the regional manager and customer service to resolve the ordeal faced at this location, and were able to pickup the cargo van at another location 2 miles away. With very friendly & professional staff... The manager from this location contacted me yesterday at or around 4PM to confirm receipt of my complaint. Said he will review with the employee and get back to me within 2 days. Got home after 10 PM, parked the cargo van by my apartment, got up this morning mysteriously the the van is keyed on the left side. No other trucks, vans or cars on the property got any damage only the U-Haul van in question. Including my personal vehicle that has no damages as I took a Uber to/from the location. Be aware of doing business with this location as the staff, namely Requovia is very " ghetto ". If u have any bad experience and decide to file a complaint beware of having your personal address available on file. I highly recommend the manager & staff at the Southampton Rd location they are very professional, including the entire team at u-haul customer service department. An official police report has been filed!
