Very unprofessional to advertise business hours and then when customers arrive for service doors are locked and you don't answer the phone. I tried to give you some business but that opportunity us now lost. You have houses posted on your door for Sunday's 12:00-5:00 but you are not open and today, 5/7/23 is not a holiday.

Service was horrible. Initially the guy could not fix my phone (ended up being a microphone issue) It then took 2hours to fix the screens on my phone. I had two phone screens repaired. Once fixed both had touch sensitivity issues. My daughter dropped her phone once and the entire screen popped out and the touch would not work at all. The entire bottom of my phone went out. Their only fix was to replace the screen again even though both phones were having the same issue only after having their repair guy fix the screen. I do not recommend this location at all. This is no affiliation with camp creek location.

No. Negative 100 stars. This is not the same location as camp creek. They are awful. They claim they are the same company but they are not. I got my screen repaired here and took it to camp creek and they couldn’t do anything for me but take it back to old national. Do not be fooled by the people here. They are dishonest and will say anything to take your money. Check tpk website before you believe anything. Why would you lie? Be your own company. People, do your research!

If i could give this place ZERO stars I would! One of the employees is very RUDE. So Friday I wen to the store to get some fixed on my phone and after that process I guess Mr. Khan was annoyed so I ask him did they have any headphones and he said yes and handed them over in a aggressive way and I payed for them but before i even walked out the store i noticed something was wrong wit them so i turned around and told him about it and he literally snatched them out my hand and broke them and he will not give me a refund he deserves to be fired!!! And I am going to do every thing it take.
