I’m a new resident, Chyna was amazing through the beginning process. From the tour, to meeting for questions and break downs, all the way up to our move in. With the little minor hiccups that came, Chyna held her team responsible and resolved it all. 2 months into the lease, and it’s been a breeze. Maintenance request get answered in a timely manner, the property is amazing with community communication and it’s a peaceful community.

Nicole is the epitome of dedication and hard work, consistently going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant living experience for all residents. While the quality of the apartments may not be perfect, she significantly enhances our community by addressing issues swiftly and effectively.
Her communication skills are outstanding, keeping us informed and involved every step of the way. Whether it’s a minor repair or a major concern, she handles everything with professionalism and efficiency. Nicole's tireless efforts and genuine care make living here a much better experience. The entire staff are a pleasure to work with when getting any issues solved. Professional, kind & courtesy from top to bottom starting with miss Nichole woods to the maintenance men. I appreciate them for always making me feel like the smallest of issues are a priority.

I moved into this apartment complex on May 17th, and it has been something everyday. As of today, June 2nd, I still have no working AC. Upon moving in, I discovered the apartment lacks smart features, which I was not informed about until the day I arrived. But only after i asked and was told ill see a credit. But why charge me for it in the 1st place if the smart feature wasn't available? The kitchen sink was leaking (fixed on the first day), but the dishwasher was filthy and not leveled. The toilet seat was loose, and although they eventually replaced it, they left a mess behind. Maintenance did not clean up after themselves, which is highly unprofessional. I've never lived somewhere where I had to clean up after the maintenance people. The refrigerator started making a loud rumbling noise a few days later. They came and took out the ice machine but left some frozen food on top of the refrigerator which I had no choice but to throw out. It was fish.
My bedroom door doesn't close or lock, the bathroom vent fan is broken, and the AC still does not work. I put in a maintenance request for the AC on move-in day and spoke to them in person about it. The heat made it impossible to stay in the apartment on Friday and Saturday. Sunday night, I had no choice but to return and ended up sleeping with a neck fan. Despite putting in three emergency requests for the AC, it still wasn't fixed. I received a call at midnight on Sunday night saying it would be taken care of, but by Monday night, nothing had changed.
On Tuesday morning, I was informed that a window unit would be installed until the new AC unit arrived. The window unit only fits in the bedroom, providing hardly any airflow to the rest of the apartment. Do to it not being put in the window properly pest have climbed though (they fixed it May 31st, we'll, put some sort of foil around the open areas. The days I do stay, I have to leave by 9 am because it gets unbearably hot. I couldn't even unpack my things due to the heat. The window unit is loud, making it hard to sleep, and the two ceiling fans are insufficient. I asked for floor fans, but they didn’t have any. It's not my responsibility to provide proper airflow in an apartment I'm paying for.
I have asthma and woke up twice struggling to breathe. I requested a rent adjustment for June because I can't stay in the apartment, and when I do, I have to come late and leave early. I was told the adjustment would be less than $100 because other units also have broken ACs. This is unacceptable; multiple units without AC should have been checked before my move-in day. It's summer in Georgia. EVERYONE should have AC! Still, no adjustments has been made at all to my rent. Why am I paying full rent when I can really only sleep here??
Additionally, I discovered two broken cabinets, and I haven't been able to unpack or do much in the kitchen due to the heat. I had to buy my own fan just to put things away in the kitchen. The complex could be decent if it weren't for the carelessness. There is paint on the floors and over the light switches from a poor repainting job. They should have taped up the switches and protected the floors.
I know I've been a bother to Mrs. Chyna, and I recognize that these issues aren't her fault, but things should be done properly. This place has potential, but the lack of care and attention to detail is unacceptable.
I've only met Chyna and 2 of the maintenance crew. They are all very nice and seem like good people. I know I'm not the only tenant with issues here but again, somethings are just unacceptable.

Nicole the property management were really friendly , whenever there was an update regarding my move in. Also, china was very helpful when it come down to getting maintenance to solve in home problems

The apartments are off the hook they show u the model unit but move u in another hint that u will not see until u get your keys it’s roach infested and water bug infested to the point they was coming out my light my bathtub had a footprint in it also all of my windows were filthy and dirty nothing in my apartment was new except for the kitchen there were holes in the walls everywhere at the bottom and bugs was coming through pest control come once a week and that does not help they didn’t fix anything I asked him to fix the maintenance guys are horrible

I recently moved into my first apartment at the age of 22, and I couldn't be happier, largely thanks to the incredible support and assistance provided by Ms. Chyna. From the moment I inquired about the apartment, she went above and beyond to ensure that I felt confident and secure in my decision. What really stood out to me was her genuine care and honesty. She was upfront about all aspects of the apartment and the rental agreement. I cannot recommend Chyna highly enough. I'm a first time renter so I've had a lot of questions/concerns but, Chyna and Nichole have been awesome. They've made my move-in process easy and have accommodated all of my questions thus far. They're two of the biggest reasons I chose to move in. I can tell they care thoroughly about their work and will do what it takes to make tenants happy. I'm %100 pleased so far.

I absolutely love living at 'The Marc at Riverdale.' It is safe, clean, and the staff is amazing. My property manager, Ms.Nicole Woods is professional, attentive and kind. She ensures the well-being of her tenants and strives daily to gives us a quality experience living environment. I'm truly Grateful and look forward to another year at 'The Marc at Riverdale.'

They are very professional and worked with my schedule. Chyna assisted me mostly with getting my paperwork done and moving in. She was great at communicating what was need and any deals or promotions that was going on at the time.

I had i GREAT experience with Ms.Chyna, the staff all together was amazing they were nice and answered all the questions i had, they really worked with 5 stars is not enough i give them a 10!! Me.Chyna gave me a tour of the place and it looks amazing i absolutely LOVE it!! I would recommend everyone to come here.

My experience here so far has been amazing. I had a fast move in process, only took me one week and I procrastinated on my end. Miss Nichole & Miss Chyna at the front desk handle there business,kept it real and at the same time they were welcoming & respectful. The apartments are up to date, clean and spacious a place I can call home.
