I had a very positive experience at this Truist location when I inquired about increasing the limit on my credit card. I was in the area and decided to stop by. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the banker I spoke with was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything.What impressed me the most was her follow-up after my visit. She took my contact information and promised to get back to me, which she did within a few days. This level of customer service and attention to detail left a lasting impression on me.Overall, my experience with Truist Bank was highly satisfactory, and their commitment to customer service was evident. I felt valued as a customer, and that's why I've been a customer for so many years. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Be Aware of the website saying open until 1pm on Saturday, they close at 12 and it’s newly marked on the door of the building. I found out the hard way… also the Fairburn Rd location in Cascade area as well… I made both trips because no update of the new hours on their website. I needed to go in the lobby to handle some business. I wish they’d please change it to save folks time and gas.

I closed my account once due to the customer service of truit banks but gave then a second chance. Horrible mistake wouldnt even give me a temp card so I would be able to pay my bills after having fraud on my account. Informed I wanted to withdraw the money from the account. Someone who was not even helping me comes out and says "so you closing the account" No I just need the money on hand until you send a new card in ten days.. My bills dont wait for yall...

I have only been to this location a few times since covid. The Location very neat and clean. The STAFF is so great tellers! Very friendly always smiling! The young lady with red bob was so sweet the short encounter that I had with her very professional! Spanish teller he’s so great too!!! So far the brand of Truist has a great look for me! It’s so hard so hard for customers to feel valued! I appreciate your service!!! Rocky start with transition from Suntrust to Truist!Just like any other transition today I’m satisfied!!.( comfortable) They have gained my Trust!

The customer service is VERY SLOW. I have to make deposits for my job. Every time I come here I have to wait for over 15 minutes. Gas is too HIGH!

This is the slowest sun trust in the world, I only come here because it's close to my house but I would rather drive 8 miles to the next one than to come here. Please get some help this is ridiculous.

Horrible!!!!!Teller harrased me about signature not matching when needed to make a withdrawal , no other protol was used,This has never happened all my years of banking.Thorton was very unprofessional and played games with me about my money, ID and bank card in hand in person!This branch 5420 has horrible reviews as it is.Horrible experience that aas inconvenient.

Drive thru tubes weren't sent out until 9:20am. This location should be permanently closed. What I want is all the time back that I've spent in your drive thru this year. 1st one there and still takes 20 minutes. Very disappointed. Not how to run a business.

Very Very Slow Customer Services At The Drive Thru. I Know Because Of COVID-19 They Had Too Make Changes But The Manager Need To Have Two Or Three Tellers Helping With The Transaction Since The Inside Is Close To The Customers And The Public. If You Are A Walk Up Customer you Have To Go To The Drive Thru It Is Very Very Dangerous To Deposit Or Withdraw You Could Get Robbed When Making A Transaction. To All Of The SunTrust/BB&T Customers Do Like I Did Take All Your Money Out Of SunTrust/BB&T Bank And Find A Delta Community Credit Union Near You And Open Up A Checking Or Savings Account With Them And Deposit All Your Money At Delta Credit Union. They Open Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM And Drive-Thru Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-5:30 PM They Have Very Very Fast Services Inside And At The Drive Thru.

Horrible customer service, I was recently sitting in the drive thru line awaiting service at 440pm and it was a few cars I front of me, by the time I made it one car from the teller I heard her ask the car I front of me were there anymore cars waiting he stated yes , one car by the time I got to the window they closed even though I had been waiting and I was the last car. I was not serviced nor did they say sorry we are closed. That was very rude and inconsiderate being that I had already been waiting in line for so long.
