This place smelled of cigarettes, our room was filthy and our door wouldn’t lock. During check in the manager and the lady next to him had taken a copy of my card they took a picture of my information and have used my card three months after my stay. Today I had gotten several notifications of my card being used. It showed my card was declined three times. I then got another notification saying your card is locked try unlocking your card before use. I live in NY there’s no reason why my card was being used at 5:24am today in Georgia taking OVER $315.00. I called the hotel this morning and was told it was technical difficulties. Cash app is VERY secure and accurate and constantly sends me notifications seconds after using my card. This hotel is dirty, not safe, and is a SCAM. The minute I mentioned the POLICE the people behind the desk got VERY defensive about the situation. Do not stay here it’s a waste of moneyRooms: The room was DIRTY. The sheets were stained with cigarette burns.Safety: Rooms doors wouldn't lock and our peep hole was WAY bigger than a usual peep hole. I put a piece of tissue in it and found that piece on the floor the next morning. SOMEONE had been watching us.

Did the stay, park, fly package here... Were a little worried originally about location, but wasn't bad and hotel was VERY clean... easy to get to and to get out of.... Shuttle van to and from airport was perfect... Will stay again!

Highly dont recommend this hotel or any hotel with reinforced windows at the desk if you aren't from these type areas. Still a Red Room inn no matter the "renovation". Dudes posted up around with ski masks at 4pm as usual for Red Room inns. I was gonna still stay for the price. Than I got to my room and it smelt like mold, A#& and cigarettes. And my floor was still wet from it being cleaned. If that what yall rooms cleanup like, might aswell re renovate that whole building

Location wise is convenient however safety is a bit questionable but rooms are cleaned and affordable!!!Rooms: CleanNearby activities: Discount mall, parks, grocery stores, clothing storesWalkability: Everything is 5-15mins walking distance. Nearby police station in case of emergencies.

The Customer Service was awful, no phones inside the rooms, when you call you can never get anyone, I was on hold for over an hour. Front desk was some of the worst CS I ever seen. The best part was the bed it slept great.

I needed a room cause of missing my flight out of Atlanta. Found this place at a reasonable price with free breakfast and airport shuttle , so it worked perfect for my needs ! Plus there is plenty of places within a short walk to get supplies and food !

PROS: The people at the front desk and overseeing the breakfast were all civil, and the security personnel in the parking lot/lobby was attentive...maybe a little too much so since he asked me out. I did not eat any of the breakfast for reasons that will be made clear below.CONS: I stayed in a huge suite on the first floor (room 105 or 103 or something...can't remember) that was absolutely disgusting. Everything was dirty and smelled of weed or mold. There was half a cookie under the nightstand. There was a false eyelash stuck to the inside of the shower curtain. The paint was peeling in the bathtub and stuck to my feet during my shower (I had to wash the airplane germs off and forgot shower shoes). The bathroom sink and bathtub didn't drain well. In the time it took for me to walk from the bathroom to my luggage on the bed, my feet got dirty. The walls and doors were visibly grimy. There were small holes in the linens. I'm not sure, but I think that room had bedbugs because I woke up with a few tiny yet painful bites on my arms and behind my knees. If all the other rooms in the hotel are like this, it would take millions in renovations to make this place a suitable homeless shelter. I recommend bulldozing or burning it.Old National Pkwy near Godby Rd is peak ghetto. There were tons of hooligans in and near the hotel and the ones in the lobby had to be told to leave. I got there pretty late because of flight delays and saw people emerging from shadows up and down the street. I do not recommend going there at all, but definitely not after dark. I've lived in big cities (ATL, Memphis, Dallas, L.A., DC, etc.) all my life and this was one of the few times I've been afraid.Safety: Super shady areaNoteworthy details: Police don't even come out to this area unless they 100% have to

This hotel was very dirty and smelled of pot throughout. There were “women of the night” coming in and out at all hours. The staff were not very professional and left us at the airport with no shuttle even though it suppose to run until 10pm. We had to get a taxi! I won’t be back!

Red Roof Inn+ is not the first hot spot destination hotel you'd think of but if you are stranded from airline cancelations, several calls deep of asking every hotel in the area if they have a room with no luck, and trying to navigate an unknown city at 1am, this is the place for you. The security officer and (I think her name was) Michelle will take care of you as you weep in the front lobby from hours of canceled flights, your toddler watches Blippi for the 500th time, and your husband tries to juggle the bags and your fragile emotional state at once. This dynamic duo was compassionate, helpful, and very accommodating. The front desk angel even called our room right after we settled in to ensure we had a shuttle for the morning and breakfast tickets. My husband and I immediately agreed we needed to make sure we wrote a review to spread the word of her glory and beautiful heart.In the morning, we needed the shuttle a bit earlier than we planned the night before and the front desk rose to the quest and hailed us a driver. We zipped through the airport arrival lanes and got to our gate in time. 15/10, would recommend simply for the staff. The bed was fine but the front desk and service knights are where is at.
