The reason for the stay was miscommunication at the airport ?. However the check-in went flawlessly and the room was very comfortable. The layout of the room reminded me of a very thoughtful tiny home.

Second time staying at the Radisson Hotel. It has been a year and this stay was better than the last. The night manager (I think his name is Eric) noticed that I had stayed here previously and upgraded my room at no additional cost. Although the airport was hectic, the hotel shuttle was prompt to the hotel from the airport. My room was clean, quite, and comfortable. Thanks again Eric and Ali for being so pleasant at check-in and throughout my stay. This will be my hotel of choice whenever I visit Atlanta.Rooms: Well appointed.Safety: 24 hour security

At Radisson Hotel, I experienced extraordinary luxury and hospitality. The elegant ambiance, coupled with impeccable service, and cooperative staff made my stay truly remarkable. Shuttle service was on time, and breakfast was delicious!Highly recommended.

Nothing could be worse… poor management, poor service. Complete disregard for any type pride in service. Radison should pull their name off the building.

I was booked in this hotel when I missed my connecting flight. Got a clean room that I first went in to around 10:45 PM EDT. I tried to get some sleep but after an hour of listening to airplanes take off about once per minute, seemingly very close by, and so loud that I could not drown out the noise by running the AC fan on high, I asked for another room. They didn't have any so I booked the Hampton inn North Airport, checked out of the Radisson and took an Uber to the Hampton after midnight (Hampton would have picked me up for free if it hadn't been so late). Much quieter at the Hampton. The IF YOU'RE A LIGHT SLEEPER, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. I've stayed at the Atlanta Airport Hampton twice and highly recommend itRooms: Well appointed

I normally am not the type to write reviews however people need to be warned. This hotel is all show with pretty website pictures, but in reality to stay here is dangerous. 1st problem: The latch on my door was broken and I didn’t know that until I was about to lock the door for the night. (The manger came and replaced it.)2nd problem: Someone was trying to open my door in the middle of night for both nights.3rd problem: Had an ongoing problem receiving my $100 deposit back after they claimed for almost a month I was refunded, however with the use of my time and persistence they found it was applied to the wrong card and finally provided a $64.00 refund (was charged for 2 nights of parking.)4th problem and the most dangerous. Right after I resolved my refund issue. I received Another $100. Charge placed on my card with a pending running balance of $659. I called the front desk, (because they do not have a cooperate office) and was told they were not charging me. That my balance with them was $0. However I clearly was being charged. I was told to email the manager because basically there was nothing they could do about it. Worst experience ever and I would recommend that you go elsewhere, it is not worth the lingering stress and pain of having to protect yourself and your finances.

Just don’t stay here!Never experienced such terrible service any hotel, any where.I echo the 1 and 2 star reviews. My experience was exactly as they describe.I’m sorry but I question the genuineness of the 5 star reviews! It’s simply impossible for this hotel.How Radisson allow a property as bad as this to use their good name is beyond me!I would have preferred to sleep at the airport.

King sized bed with pillows that weren’t even standard sized and they turned the water off with no warning. The breakfast was supposed to be served until noon and we came out at 11 and they seemed to not want to serve us because they “stopped at 11:30” and it was 11. Breakfast was also very substandard and tasted microwaved and toaster hashbrowns and quite expensive for what it was plus he waved us away from the bar area and insisted we get our condiments and move away from the bar immediately. When we checked out they didn’t ask how our stay was they just said to drop our key in the box.Food & drinks: Food is expensive and not freshly made.

Room was fine, but not thoroughly cleaned in a few spots. For instance, there was a small area where I noticed crumbs or pebbles on the floor. Location is convenient by car to the airport, but otherwise it felt like anything was at least a 10 minute drive away.

Hotel staff is amazing and very friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious. Shuttle service for hotel is on time and reliable. The International shuttle that the airport operates from domestic to international is not as reliable.Food & drinks: The food was very delicious ?. The chef has magic in his hand ?

I am disappointed with my choice of this hotel due to several reasons. Firstly, there is no international shuttle service provided even though we were informed that it runs every 15 minutes. We waited for an hour at the airport for it. Secondly, the restaurant has limited opening hours and menu options. Moreover, there is no drink menu available. Thirdly, housekeeping services are not provided on a daily basis unless requested. Additionally, there is no room service available outside of the restaurant and bar's operating hours, which are also limited. The phone in the room doesn’t work and the lighting is questionable. Finally, except for the bartender, the staff were not friendly. For the price and experience I wouldn’t stay here again. It’s an expensive place to sleep.

I wish I could write a book on how amazing this Radisson Hotel is. From the clean rooms, the amazing lobby, the bar, the market place and last but definitely not least “THE AMAZING STAFF” and definitely Eric who is so awesome. I will definitely be back soon. The airport shuttle is a mess. Waited outside for an hour in 20 degree weather. Called 3 times and they kept changing what time they would pick up. Unreliable.

Spacious rooms as depicted on the website. Clean bathrooms.It's nothing over the top in style/ aesthetics but has the basic amenities.
