Never rent uhauls from this place they seem to not understand how to check in there vehicles the next day with the convenience fee instead they wait forever to recognize that the vehicle is even back and then charge your card I rented a vehicle from there two weeks ago and they just decided to charge my car today resulting in all kind of bank fees for me saying that I should have checked it in through the link sent to me but in the link sent to me it clearly says if I don’t do it they will do it the next day for me for a $20 convenience fee so I say that to say never rent U-Haul’s from this place they are very unprofessional...(in response) No ma’am the gas was absolutely correct I refilled across the street right before drop off so no gas fee is involved and you said it yourself “billed a little late” yea 2 weeks later that tells me that your not on top of it with the rentals hints “unprofessionalism” cause it was parked in front of the store awkwardly because the parking lot was full that night so someone had to move it and park it correctly the next day meaning it was suppose to be recognized and checked in then with the $20 convenience fee, I’ve rented from haul before and that’s usually the standard but not with this company due to negligence on the owners behalf it’s like one of the reviewer said below nice lady but not particularly on time with her business

Wendy is a Pro at the shipping and receiving business and very knowledgeable about rates, zones, etc. Plus she is a Notary.I did not have a problem with the business and she STAYED OVER TIME and waited for me.

I have visit this location numerous of times for my faxing, copying , and email not to mention notary needs Wendy done a wonderful job helping me and her customer service was amazing I recommend Popping a Dropping. I will be returning. Thanks Wendy

Wendy was nice and she was very helpful, I had a package that need to go out immediately. I needed to get some documents notarized and copies to be made before sending the package. So happen I had to wait for one item to send away and Wendy was an Angel, she called UPS and asked them to come a certain time to pick up the package while I was waiting. Thank you Wendy. Wendy is Nice , but never opens the store when she says it’s supposed to open on Saturdays she says she opens at 12 but doesn’t arrive until 1:30 and that’s an inconvenience to me so if you want to pick your packages on time don’t pick this location because she arrives on opens when she feels like it and not when she “says” the business is supposed to open.
