“I switched from a different Kroger pharmacy that always gave me problems. That was about 3 yrs ago, and there is rarely a problem with this location. Maybe I got there at a great time since Ms. Chaney became the pharmacist over the dept. She's always so helpful & positive! The staff is always great whether in person or over the phone. The pharmacy deserves their kudos! Also, just don't go there betwixt 1-1:30 PM when they're at lunch. ?”

“I came into Walgreens last night to pick up my prescription for migraines. I had the pleasure of meeting Shay who’s service was nothing short of amazing. My insurance was having problems & I would have to wait. I was not feeling well and had to leave. Shay went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my meds and that my insurance was correct in order to ensure I did not have to come back due to me not feeling my best. On my way out, I remembered that I needed to purchase another item. I went to the self checkout and realized I had coupons after my purchase. I was then greeted by an employee who walked me through how to use the coupons going forward. She gave me insight that I did not know that would help me and save money. Today, I was ready to do the survey but could not think of the employee’s name who assisted at the self check in. I called and spoke to Evelyn. Who literally went above and beyond to help me figure out the employee although she was not working yesterday. She contacted Kelly who then tried to help me. We discovered that the employee who helped me was Jai. I am amazed at how superb the service from these 4 women was. It may have been small to them, but it’s the small acts of kindness that keep customers coming back. They are great assets to your company. We need more Shay’s, Jai’s, Kelly’s, & Evelyn’s in the world! ❤️”
