“I have been an AT&T customer for the past 30 years and this by far has been my best customer service experience! Torrence and his team were very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to make sure we had a phone that met our needs and budget. We had an emergency where we needed a phone ASAP but the phone we wanted was out of stock. Torrance drove over an hour to get us a phone. Him and his team then stayed almost 2 hours over close time to get us ready to go. When I say the best customer service ever...you have to go there and check them out. Ask for Torrence or any of his team members...you will thank me later! “Jessica and Derrick were both really helpful when I came in. I was looking to start a new phone plan with AT&T and came in pretty close to closing on a busy day. Derrick was really helpful, gave great suggestions, and generally a fun conversationalist. Eventually I had wrong information from my old carrier and needed to come back the next day. I worked with Jessica the next day, and she was holding down the fort really well. Apparently Derrick had gone to get more SIM cards, truly a noble quest. Especially because I preferred a physical SIM, the timing was excellent. The process went really smoothly, and I had a wonderful experience overall. Despite the high volumes of customers (back to school at GT), they gave everyone undivided attention and great service!”

“He is determined to get your phone fixed. Screen repairs are 30 minutes. Screen repair cost depends on model (mine is Galaxy S20 FE 5G and he charged $180). My phone faced a network connectivity issue but he did everything in his ability to fix it, from finding out the exact part to calling his friend to check on it, to consider ordering Amazon Prime for it.Strong work ethic.
