I switched from a different Kroger pharmacy that always gave me problems. That was about 3 yrs ago, and there is rarely a problem with this location. Maybe I got there at a great time since Ms. Chaney became the pharmacist over the dept. She's always so helpful & positive! The staff is always great whether in person or over the phone. The pharmacy deserves their kudos! Also, just don't go there betwixt 1-1:30 PM when they're at lunch. ?

The pharmacy has know Regards to people and their schedules they were 40 minutes late opening up the pharmacy. Told the manager of the store he said there's nothing he can do because he didn't even notice they weren't open. Horrible Horrible experience ?

Exactly as a previous reviewer said. I have never known a Pharmacy with staff that is so lazy and clueless as this one. They won't even give you a chance to ask a question before being put on hold. I called to ask a very simple question and was put on hold by 3 different people to just end up on a ringing line that is never answered. Kroger Corporate office really needs to jump in here, this is unacceptable from a place of business that handles prescription medication!😡

They always find a way to charge me for my prescriptions, even though i have 2 forms of insurance. Each time they tell me my insurance won't cover my prescription, but I call the insurance company and they tell me the prescriptions were supposed to be covered and to ask for a refund. Oh yeah and they won't give you a refund. Time to find another pharmacy.
